Will order again
I have ordered from within the EU and it took about 5 working days to get my order.
The goods are well packaged and protected with a layer of foam/styropol and double bagged.
I have been contacted by Ken on Whatsapp and he made sure i was aware about the terms and conditions of shipping/order value.
We had no misunderstandings and everything went smooth.

When you decide to chance delivery address when the package has already been shipped out and on the way to you from the UK to NL, delays will happen as the information needs to be processed so the package gets to you.
No proper solution, You have the online portal with UPS to update information as you did so a few times to the address, the address updates caused the extra delays, the address was changed 3 times, from the original address to a new address then back to the original address as the tracking shows
The first order you placed with us you gave us a 5 star feedback on google under user name No.5 then decided to change it to 1 star, even thou changing addresses not our fault, due to you going away
Snippet from shipping term and condition's
If you decide to change the delivery address from the original address on the order you placed online, once a package has been dispatched this will cause additional delays getting the package to you, if you ask for the package to be dropped of at a certain location or collection point online with UPS/DPD expect delays as the information you provide will need to be processed though the system and this could take upto 2/4 additional days, we can't be held responsible for UPS/DPD delays.

Been using this company a while now and can honestly say they are very efficient and delivery is spot on for timing, as soon as you order you will receive confirmation immediately followed by your tracking info, at all stages of postage you are kept informed, this is the kind of company I like to deal with also I needed advise on maintenance of my order and I got a WhatsApp with all the information I needed this is why I give a 5 star review they merit it, well done for the consistency of your company and making ordering so easy and efficient, you don’t get good services like this these days so I highly recommend.
