Best quality for the price

Customer service was spot on. Next day delivery never arrived, was sorted out quick and they reimbursed me the value of my delivery in carts, which i was happy with. Correcting the mistake is more important than the mistake itself.

But in reality it's not really the company fault as the postal service had problems

I had an amazing experience the staff was super helpful, offering detailed advice on products and guiding me through their wide selection of vape hardware and terps. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with top-quality products at reasonable prices. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great products and exceptional customer service!

Amazing

I would give customer service 20 out of 10 if I could, everything else was perfect also but the customer service is out of this world never have had such an expirience from any other company, we recomend to anyone!

Trustworthy, reliable and helpful

Been 100% amazing for all my multiple orders, recently had problem with courier (not sellers fault ) and a representative at weareccell helped me every step of the way till my package was located and reached its destination, great staff, great products and great service. need i say more

Great prices for under 100 units

Tracking information was given promptly and I am very pleased about the cost per unit when ordering under 100 units, this is why i choose this company over competitors. Shipping price is reasonable would be good to see a Royal Mail Tracked 24 option for UK sales. Terpenes options look great however they seem to have dissapeared since i last looked...?

Great customer service

I have been using these guys for a while now and their communication and service is great. They have provided help out of working hours and weekends so couldn't ask for more. They have the biggest selection of CCELL goodies online with the best prices online, personally I love the flex Pro. Thanks guys for all your help and advice much appreciated.

The golden standard quality wise with an unique spin on aesthetics. At first i did not trust the legitimacy looking at the prices, however i was quickly reassured by ccell themselves. A second fright came with import tax, being from the mainland.(damn you brexit). A solid experience overall and to my knowlede the ony way to browse ccell's entire catalogue.
