We understand your concerns. We hope you understand that Stryker wants to handle all issues with their products and has instructed us to send all defect/warranty issues directly to them. We stand behind the products that we offer otherwise we would not offer them. All 10 meter radios must go directly to the manufacturer which is clearly stated in our policies and on every 10 meter radio product page.

I bought multiple items that worked great and the description of the part also helped. Great turnaround time from order to shipment to receive was pretty good to, it only within like three days to four days later I got the parts will definitely order from them again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The vice grips antenna mount was crooked. I wanted to exchange it for a new one. First, they said they were all like the bent one I received, then I sent them pictures and they said I could mail it back and get a new one. I emailed them twice for the mailing address and got no response from them. I'm a truck driver and will never do business with them again and I'm spreading the word on how lousy this company from Oregon is. They deserve 0 stars.

We provided you with options to return the item then we never recieved a response back. Still can't charge my marine radio...
I relieved the cradle for my cobra marine radio, but it didn't come with the required wall charger. I expected everything required to charge the radio, not just the cradle. I'm very disappointed and left wondering about where to find the wall charger.

One small mini flash light bulb.
When I called to ask about a very small order (just one mini flashlight bulb) and if any less expensive shipping could be made available for such a small item like just putting it in a envelope with a stamp the employee found a good compromise and shipped at half the normal price.
