Ordering was good. Delivery was std. so it was a week. Box was fully taped against rain.
Unit was in good shape.
Everything connected well.
I was disappointed that tuning and peaking was not offered.

Order was as stated. Quality of the Cobra handheld CB is great and I’m told clear transmission through the wired headset. The audio out is also clear with plenty of volume. It allowed me to experience a day trip with my riding group to determine if I wanted to invest in an onboard module sometime. It won’t be hard to sell should I choose to go the permanent route.

I feel as though I received a used product. They said that they would refund my money and email me a return label. They have not done anything yet. It's only been about three weeks now. I'll have to call tem again.

You first stated that the products (magnetic mount and antenna) were not going to work for your particular application and that the products were in new/good condition but that the packaging seemed like it had been opened and retaped.
