Fraudsters that’s all I can say, they are supposed to be paying charities too which they haven’t done and it’s fraudulent. I have reported this to the police and it’s under investigation.

Would give 0 stars if could. Withdrawal not landed , customer service not existent. Sense I’m not the only one this is happening to. I feel this company needs to be investigated. I will make this happen.

Very slow to pay, terrible customer service, no rhythm to advertisements. This site was once now dependable, now its a joke. Ive been waiting since February for funds to be released.

Like others i have noticed that i am not receiving payments. I have pending payments dating back over 2 months and the customer service is not responding.

I am not getting any feedback from them so assume that they are not going to honour any outstanding payments.

This company owes me over £70 and I have been emailing them since January 2026. Had 1 email back stating they are waiting for companies to pay them. I have since been in touch most weeks and have been completely ignored. I’ve don’t the work yet they WON’T pay me.

Just an update for those not in the know ….
WeAre8 have appointed a receiver and have gone into administration, they are definitely in trouble.
Not much hope of getting your money but you never know.

It is so dishonest when a company like this makes promises and doesn't deliver! We R 8 was supposed to be different, ethical and caring but if anything it's harder to deal with them than most other companies and money earned from watching ads isn't being sent...that's theft in my book, plain and simple.
Avoid them!

Would give this app zero stars if able. The payments are held up for months, as much as 7 months & still waiting.
Zero f**ks given by anyone who responds to your questions, just usual nonsense of how they are working to get payments done. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Used to be decent, now awful - no sign of payment, payments taking months, it's ridiculous. Email to chase and you get the same generic message.

I have consistently emailed this company as between my wife and I are owed approximately £69. Generic responses only. I would just hope the future users of this company read the negative comments.

Joke of an app, and their customer service is equally as bad. Been waiting for a payment for nearly 2 months..contacted Thier customer service who can't even be bothered to reply.

Don't waste your time.

After spending months complaining for being ignored on messages I had sent on email and through the app asking when the well over due money I had transferred to my PayPal would actually get to me they have changed the last digit of my mobile number and unlinked my account to PayPal so I cannot withdraw anymore earnings. Then when go to contact on the app the screen goes black. Have emailed a few times via website and been ignored. This is a scam and rip off and obviously not paying the charities either then: They need investigating for fraud. Some high ratings on here are fake to try and balance out the massive amount of low star reviews they have been getting. We are 8 are a complete waste of time, poorly run and absolute rip off fake company. Avoid these clowns at all costs!

I really it as it's easy to use, there isn't the overuse of posts that you get on other sites
Everyone is friendly & you can make friends easily, I have way more on here than in real life!
It's laid back & there's no pressure to post or comment if you don't wanna & you can have a giggle without it being nasty
It's great having ads to watch to earn some money & also some money goes to charity @ the same time, yes the number depends on how many they can get, but you don't have to watch them if you don't wanna & they're not in your face like other sites with paid ads
You can basically be yourself without having to be worried about being told off for being so

After a long wait I got my payments this week. Everything I was owed. Still use this app.

Have been waiting for a payment since September. Emailed a few times and got the ‘not sure when we can pay’ response.
However there’s been plenty of new videos to watch and I’ve banked almost £50. Reluctant to withdraw as I don’t know when I’ll get it. Shame as it’s a great concept.

Really dissatisfied with this app , requested a payment over 6 months ago still haven’t received anything, what a waste of my time

There have been a lot of payment issues for the past few months. However, I still had hope and finally, today I received all of those payments I had been waiting for !
I have continued to use this app and will continue to do so in the future.

Haven't received any payment in over 7 months and do not respond to emails. What am wondering are the charity getting there payments

Sent 4 emails no reply requested payout nearly 2 weeks ago still waiting , hopeless
