We joined Wealthflo while building and growing our short-term accommodation business, Cara Luxe Stays, and one of the things we have valued most is how practical the course has been.

The course isn't just about theory. We have been able to take what we have learned and apply it directly to our business, particularly around pricing strategy, property presentation, listing optimisation, understanding our market and approaching short-term accommodation as a business.

We started actively applying a number of these learnings during August 2026, and we are already seeing encouraging measurable results.

Our September occupancy has reached 68%, compared with 55% across the current quarter, representing approximately a 24% relative improvement in occupancy. At the same time, our average nightly rate has increased by approximately 13%.

What has been particularly encouraging is that we haven't had to lower our nightly rates to achieve higher occupancy. Our revenue per available listing night has increased by approximately 41%, and by 22 September our monthly revenue is already approximately 56% higher than July.

Of course, there are a number of factors that contribute to business performance, but applying the principles we have learned through Wealthflo has helped us become much more strategic and deliberate about how we price, present and operate our properties.

We are still relatively early in our journey and continuing to grow Cara Luxe Stays, but having a framework to follow has given us much greater confidence in the decisions we are making.

The support has also been a big part of the experience. Being able to ask questions and receive guidance as we put the course learnings into practice has been extremely valuable.

We are very pleased with the progress we are seeing and look forward to continuing to apply what we have learned as we grow our business.

I spent fourteen years working in the Queensland coal mines before I had my first baby at 39. After that, going back to the pit just wasn't an option I bare missing that much time with my kids. But I still wanted to build something of my own. Something I could run from home, be present for my children, and genuinely contribute to my family to take some of that financial burden off my partner who is still in the mines.
I'd been following James Murphy for a while before I took the leap. I watched a few of his webinars and loved what I was hearing, but I was nervous this was completely new territory for me, and it was a real investment. I got on a call with Mark, one of the onboarders, and he was fantastic. He walked me through exactly what the coaching and support would look like, and helped me understand what I'd actually be getting for that investment. I decided to go all in on the 12-month program, because I didn't just want to learn how to get one property I wanted the support to build something life-changing.
I won't pretend the fear wasn't real. Starting your own company, stepping away from working for someone else, doing something you've never done before anyone would be nervous. But once I committed, the amount of support blew me away. This isn't a "watch some videos and good luck" program. There are coaches across every part of the business, setup, talking to agents, budgeting, company structure, software, automated systems, tax, building your team, learning to go hands-off so you actually get your time back. There are multiple live coaching calls every single week, run by people who genuinely know this space inside and out, plus a whole community of people at every stage of the journey sharing advice and support. On the 12-month tier, you even get direct access to James himself, once or twice a week and can ask direct questions you need covered.
When you're brand new, you're green and its genuinely overwhelming at times because its all new, and that's exactly when the support matters most, and exactly when it shows up. Step-by-step training, ready-to-use templates and SOPs you can adapt to your own business, real people you can ask real questions to. I honestly do not believe I would be where I am now without it.
Today I'm a mum of two, my partner works away in the mines a lot, and I'm running this business largely on my own alongside raising our kids. I started L&Co Retreats in October 2025, and in under a year I already manage two properties, both in Mackay, Queensland, with a third in the works and my sights set on expanding into Airlie Beach and the Brisbane market next. I know the investment is a big, scary step for a lot of people, I get it, I felt that fear too. But the training, the mentorship, and the community around you make it worth every cent if you're serious about building something real.
If you're an everyday person like me wondering if this is legit, it is. It's not a get-rich-quick scheme, it's a genuine business education with people who show up for you. I have no regrets about my choice to invest in the support and systems in this space and highly recommend it.

My husband and I couldn't have been as successful as we have been in our short-term rental business so quickly without this program. Working with James has made an enormous difference to Local Soul and completely changed the direction of our Swansea serviced accommodation business.

Before implementing his strategies, our July revenue under a management company was approximately £9515. One year later, after making the changes James recommended, we achieved £24,240 for July after only relaunching the portfolio in May which is 2.5 times the revenue.

The results speak for themselves, but what has been equally valuable is the level of personal support behind them. I've been mentored by James and the team since the early days of the program. I've seen the network grow and develop immensely throughout that time, now with members and coaches all over the globe. It's been a great resource for someone like myself looking to grow an international property business. When I joined the course in September 2024, I was already running two Airbnb properties successfully, but I knew there were big gaps in my knowledge. I didn’t really understand pricing strategies, how to optimise my calendars, or how to generate direct bookings through my own website. Eighteen months later, I now run seven serviced accommodation properties, including two in Bournemouth that I manage completely remotely through systems and a fantastic team. Those properties had a difficult start because I took them on during low season, but James coached me through the numbers, pricing strategies and how to hold my nerve. They are now consistently achieving excellent occupancy levels, with many months at 80%-90%

I’ve also launched a management company with guidance from Mark and now have management clients alongside my own portfolio, giving me an additional income stream.

Perhaps the biggest change is that this business has allowed me to transition away from relying solely on my photography career. I still photograph because I love it, but now I have the freedom to choose projects I’m genuinely passionate about rather than taking every job.

The course isn’t just about getting properties it’s about building a business and a lifestyle, it has gifted me time.

I’ve learned how to systemise everything, work with a VA, build a guest relations team and create processes that allow the business to run efficiently. That has put me in a strong position to continue scaling.

What I’ve appreciated most is the support. There are live coaching calls almost every day, and even now, after building a successful business, I still attend because I’m always learning something new.

Mark, in particular, has been an incredible mentor. He’s always willing to look over deals, challenge my thinking when needed, and offer honest advice whenever I’ve had a wobble. He’s always there for me which I am very greatful for.

It’s been one week since the launch and we have received 15 bookings until December 2026. Although I am and my team is newbies in this journey, we are thrilled to finally kick start the new journey and cannot wait to unlock the next bigger milestone.

Wealthflo, James Murphy and his extensive team are an honest and very experienced team. The structure of the platform, the coaching and mentoring and the amount of experience and support they provide is incredible. The community and network of support that Wealthflo has created and the culture within this community is amazing. I joined WealthFlo in February after coming across James and Steph's videos and attending the free workshops a few times.

The opportunity to earn more income was definitely part of the attraction, but it wasn't the only reason I joined. I was looking for more freedom, flexibility and enjoyment in my work while building something I genuinely loved.

I had a background in Interior Design, 20 years of business ownership and experience running a successful airbnb in the Blue Mountains. What I was missing were the systems, processes and framework needed to scale those skills into something bigger.

Like most people, I did plenty of research before joining. What stood out to me was that James, Steph, the coaches and the wider community turned out to be exactly as they present themselves online. Genuine, down-to-earth people who genuinely care about helping others succeed.

Since joining, I've attended the coaching calls, worked through the training and gradually built the confidence to put the business model into practice. The biggest shift for me has been learning how to present myself professionally and confidently to agents and following the scripts provided until they become second nature.

In fact, I secured my first property today, which is a milestone I'm incredibly excited about. The moment I knew things were starting to work wasn't actually getting the property, it was receiving a call from an agent who was open to my business model and wanted to continue the conversation. That was the point where I realised the training and repetition were paying off.

If you're considering WealthFlo, my experience has been simple: the people are real, the support is genuine, and if you're willing to do the work and back yourself, your life will start changing for the better.

They are GPWN, which has a lot of bad reviews.

And based on my experience, this company treated employees unfairly by leaving some unpaid after termination. I would advise others to do their own research before engaging with this company.

How could this couple provide good service if they don't even pay the people? Their services are poor, the courses are not worth paying.
