Meine Auszahlung sollte am 29.10.2025 bearbeitet werden (ich habe einen Nachweis). Man versicherte mir, dass dies 3–5 Werktage dauern würde. Inzwischen ist viel mehr Zeit vergangen, und ich bekomme immer noch nur die gleichen automatischen Antworten wie: „Ihr Fall befindet sich in der zuständigen Abteilung“, „Wir verstehen Ihre Frustration“, „Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten“.
