Livible were easy to contact, responsive to queries, and they offered me an earlier collection time for my items which was appreciated. They communicated well with me before the pickup, were courteous and helpful, and overall made the pick up experience a breeze. If delivery is as good as the pickup, I will be thrilled. I was really in a pinch w a storage unit situation and the guys at livible were super helpful ! Trevor was really kind and walked me through the process, def went out of his way to make sure everything was good on my side. Henry came to pick up my stuff right on time and he was friendly & handled everything smoothly. Thanks for being so nice ! It made the moving process much, much less stressful for me.

Great service
From start to finish, storing with Livible was a breeze. Customer service was great with all my questions, I had boxes dropped off, and Henry really made the pick-up easy and quick. Happy that my things are in good hands.

Livible Saved a Scatter-Brained College Student
Livible was able to safely store my items and deliver them promptly on short notice and with little delay on both ends. Employees of the company are very understanding and amenable, and, most importantly for a broke college student, this quality service was relatively cheap. I could not recommend Livible enough.

This service is fantastic; was really here for me when I needed it. The guys have been prompt friendly, followed directions perfectly, patient, and gentle with my belongings. It was very easy and convenient to use; amazingly so. My advice for anyone using the service. When the drivers come to pick up boxes, they have some ability to make a digital label of what the contents of the items are; but if you haven't labelled the items and don't remember; they won't be able to label it. :) Totally my fault. All I needed was a sharpie while I was taping up boxes. That said, they do take a photo of each item and send it in the email receipt / inventory, which is also always available online on my account. At one point, I needed some of the things back, but not all of them. It was no problem for them. I set an appointment, and they showed up at my place friendly and prompt with the items. it's wonderful! I will definitely recommend the service to anyone.
