Malheureusement je n’ai jamais pu recevoir ma commande je suis en attente d’un remboursement.

Product was well packaged. Received accessories with the purchase which a nice touch. Speedy delivery and great service overall.

They have terrible customer service, the product is not as described it's bad hair I sent photos the same day I opened it , they have given me nothing but the runaround, they try to give you 20.00 fir 100.00 plus up hair I ask for a free return label being its not as described with photos they gave me nothing but the run around trying g to make me pay the return shipping for a bad product DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The wig has an awful smell that remains after airing it out and washing it. The curls were no longer after the wash.
Horrible customer service gave a $15 credit. I offered to return and demanded a full refund. They refused.
Stay away from them!!!

This company is one of the best in the shipping business. They will be in contact with you from the day u orde,r up to the day you received ur items. And for their Hair, it is the best hair that I Have ever bought from On line and I cannot wait to Rock it .

This is my 2nd time ordering from this company and I assure you this wig is everything. Precut, preplucked and prebleached. This is my new go to spot. The wig is as described and definitely worth the price.

The product that I purchased was delivered on time and more beautiful than the photo I saw on line. The hair is soft and healthy and the unit looks so natural. This is my second purchase from Wavymyhair and I will buy from them again.

I placed an order for a wig on March 2, 2024 for $221.90., As of this date I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOTHING! I purchased this wig via ZIP by me making 4 PAYMENTS of $55.25 which totalled to $221.00. I did reach out to "WAVYMYHAIR." I did "once and only once"received a response from "WAVYMYHAIR," in regards to this matter, which was incomprehensible... made no sense, so now I'm totally into mindset mode... "WTH" are they talking about???

I am deeply upset, disappointed and totally dissatisfied with "WAVYMYHAIR".

I'm a new customer.They are not exaggerating these beautiful wigs.Everyone thought I had it professionally done.No I cut some lace and used my tape and I was done!

The hair was ok but was shocked when I ordered on Sunday it was 111.00 but on Monday it was get one free so I missed out on a free wig and I thought it was glueless but the lace don’t even match I rather have one that I can cut the lace my looking forward to another one in June for my birthday

Hair is good quality. It blends so well. All I had to do was straighten it to my liking and add a little make up. It’s super soft! I’ll be wearing it to brunch today.

Let me sum it up. Glad I took the chance. Shipping was fast order Received wig construction, very nice curl pattern. Amazing After first, wash curls reappeared even more defined. My purchase was the Kinky curly wig pre-cut 18 inch. For sure a must buy

Wavymyhair pops up like crazy on my Facebook feed. So I wanted to give it a try (I'm so glad I did). The website explains everything you need about the item you wish to purchase. I placed my order on 4/15/24 @ 12:57 p.m., tracking was sent on 4/15/24 @ 10:37 p.m. My item was delivered to me on 4/20/24 @ 10:45 a.m. The hair quality and cap size are good. I purchase the 16-inch bang wig. The bangs are pretty long ( I like my bangs long). Overall I am so pleased with my purchase. I will be purchasing another wig.

This is the best wi purchase I’ve ever had. I saw my colleague wearing one and I ordered on the spot. Shipping was the fastest I could imagine and hair looks so beautiful and soft. Lace is so thin that it blended into my skin, in addition the adjustable band was lit and I didn’t need glue. The best glue less wig I’ve ever bought.

Love this hair. It came in a reasonable time also love everything else it came with from the comb to the nails. I will definitely order again. 😊
