This is a great little product which is so easy to use compared to the sprays on the market.

I’ve been experiencing hair thinning issues near my hairline onwards, over the past year, after a bypass surgery & all the medication that came with it. Been trying various ways to fix my bald patches ….from crown wigs to hair extensions etc. It all ended up looking very unnatural. Along the way, I got to know about quick color touch ups. Tried a couple of brands in the market. Though it helped cover the bald patches & was much cheaper, my scalp felt itchy & flaky, not to mention leaving stains on my pillow case. Then I stumbled upon Waverlo & how it was different from other similar products. Though it was more expensive, it ticked all the right boxes & I have been using it for a few months now. Initially I didn’t get the right color but I now know the shade that works best for me. I can now go out more confidently knowing that my hair is in good form. Thank you to the team behind this amazing product & the after sales service. Impressive!!

I have those gray hairs that pop up immediately after coloring my hair... this product covers my gray well and is easy to apply.

I had no issues at all!! I received my order when promised, it does exactly what it says it should and when I run out I will buy it again!!!

I love this product so much. Great coverage, blends well, easy to use. Best I have ever used for in between salon visits but also got me through a long stretch when I couldn’t get my hair done.

I had a very bad experience with this company. My order was never delivered, although they marked it as successfully delivered. I don’t know if the issue was with the courier or the company itself, but what I do know is that their customer service was completely unsatisfactory. They showed no care for the customer, and in the end, I simply lost my money.

Do not order ANYTHING from this company.
1. The order takes almost a month to arrive. Couldn't cancel the order. Had to wait until it was delivered to return it.
2. Their refund policy has an exception for pretty much all they offer for sale. So, really, there is no return policy. Even for unopened products.
3. You have to "request a return" which took almost two weeks to receive a reply.
4. They repeatedly ask you why you want to return it, wasting days of the 30-day return window.
5. Finally, they send a "Return of Goods Form" with the following email:
"I wanted to let you know that we’re happy to assist you with your return, and we’re making a special exception just for you, as beauty products are usually non-returnable according to our policy.

To move forward, please fill out the return form attached and send it to the address included. Once you’ve shipped your item, kindly take a picture of the shipping label and send it to us. This will help us track everything on our end.

Just a heads-up—unfortunately, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost for the return. This is because, per our return policy, certain items (like beauty products, perishable goods, custom items, and hazardous materials) usually can’t be returned. But again, we’re happy to make an exception in this case!"
The goods need to be returned to GERMANY.

What a joke and rip off!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I agree with all the unhappy customers. I am now one of them. They never respond to my emails, and their policy is 30 day return. NOT!

Horrible service, they never answered emails. So I will use WOW root hair color works great. They lost me as a customer ordering from Wow!! and it works great works and comes with 2 side brush to apply.

Terrible costumer service. I never received my product. When I reached out to customer service, I was never able to speak to a person. An email response was always, at least, a week or more. They blamed theft and told me file a police report. Would not offer a refund or replacement. Do NOT order!

Waited 3 weeks to get product, they sent wrong colour. And lol does it work? 🤔 that’s a big fat NO IT DOES NOT WORK. What a complete waste of my time and money. Will NEVER EVER be fooled by these types of products again
