I just knew it was a scam. I checked in with Trustpilot, they concur, reported to the BBB and to FB

They do not want to refund the money. They keep asking for pictures, for reasons why we don't like the item. They argue we do not meet the criteria of the refund policy. We informed them the same day that we received the item, that we will be return the period. The refund policy says that you can return the item within 7 days of receiving the product. This company is definitely a scam.

Despite emailing this company 30 minutes after ordering (I read the reviews) I have been stalled with 3 emails telling me how they,re trying to intercept my order. What a joke. This business has no integrity and sends second rate products. Avoid at all costs.

Just seen this ad on you tube beware it’s a scam big time no jet wash nozzle is capable of doing what these scammers are showing shame on you tube for allowing them

Its so unbelievable that the cargo pants they advertise is far from what is sold in terms of quality. The cargo pants i got was of such poor quality that i had to return it. Returning the pants was additional cost as i had to pay for return shipping with tracking. Simple advise: stay clear. I was also charged for handling and restocking. It was such a bad experience but i had to cop all the cost of returning the pants to ensure that the company know deceit to me is unacceptable.

I ordered a wallet advertised on YouTube. The wallet went to another address in the unit that has the same number as the block address number. They didn't call me to confirm the address, and they sent the confirmation notice 5 days later. I couldn't no that the package was delivered. I don't recommend doing business with this company. They ignore the customers satisfaction service. They prefert to save their sale of $54, and ignore the future sales could be made by a good service. They are not a reel good business people.

Worst possible material and product of clothing. Don't ever purchase anything from these buggers.

I purchased a pair of men's cargo pants based upon their very convincing video. What I received were very poor quality pants made from cheap materials. I wanted to return them for a full refund but Wavanoe refused to pay return postage and insisted I paid tracking as well, they were also insistent that the item was returned exactly as originally packaged and although I had retained all packaging I suspected Wavanoe would have found fault. The real kicker in this was the lack of assistance PayPal showed in getting my money back. Wavanoe are ripping the public off by misrepresenting their products abley assisted by PayPal. Stay clear of this company at all cost.
