Thank you for the feedback and for getting in touch with the office today.
We are currently speaking with our warehouse to understand why they thought it was appropriate to send a high value item in a shabby cardboard box.
This is obviously very important for us to deal with to avoid it happening again with you and other clients.
We hope it will not detract from the final experience of drinking one of the greatest wines in the world.

2024 Bordeaux WWC Tour du Vin
The Tour du Vin to Bordeaux was truly exceptional. Not only did we visit some renowned chateaux but we were royally treated to some great years and bottles of wine.
Smith Haut Lafitte, Suduiraut, Figeac, Troplong Mondot, Cheval Blanc, Margaux, Montrose, Ducru-Beaucaillou, Mouton Rothschild all featured splendidly.
Educational,convivial, illuminating, factual and fun 👍👏🍷🥂
