Great quality products, postage for returns expensive
Shoes were lovely only I had to pay 10 euros to return a pair that were too small. This was more that we have to pay compared to other outlets.

The website was very easy to negotiate. I had a of choice of the items I was looking for and I subsequently received them within a reasonable time frame. I later received an email from a member of staff thanking me for my custom which was a 'nice touch'.

Carriage when ordering.
When ordering a pair of Andre trousers a prompt came up if I increased the order to over a certain value it would be carriage paid but when I did carriage was still charged. After complaining was told as I was in Northern Ireland it was a foreign country. This should have been made clear at the ordering stage.
