We’ve made quite a few new additions, including the ability to view all the skills your child is learning, as well as seeing all the treasures (badges, certificates, and stickers) they have collected along the way. Another new addition in the course section allows you to see all your upcoming swimming dates, log an absence, and receive a token for a catch-up lesson. We’re so glad to hear this is working well for you and that you’ve been able to book catch-up lessons; it’s great not to miss a session!

Warm pools and high standards of teaching and care.
My daughter started swimming with water babies Oxford at 7 weeks old and we have just finished the baby swim programme, completing 40 weeks of swimming with Rachel - all before her first birthday!
Every week has been great, the pool is always lovely and warm which was extra important when we first started and my daughter was small. Right from week one we have learnt essential skills to build confidence and keep safe in the water, for both parent and baby. Lessons are accommodating if you need to feed or if baby isn’t feeling it this week and the clear curriculum means we were always moving forward and learning new things week to week.
We went on holiday in September and others around the pool were blown away by how happy and confident my 10 month old was being in the water with us. After holiday we were able to book catch-up lessons so we never missed out on lessons we paid for.
I’m very sad to have to move away from my Monday class with Rachel but know we will have the same high standards at the weekend classes going forward.

Both my boys have been with water babies since they were 10weeks old and are now 4 & 6 years old. Sam their instructor has been fabulous at the lane end pool and is such a great teacher. Friendly but firm and their progress is wonderful!! Thank you Water Babies !

Bardwell Pool Waterbabies
I attended a Waterbabies session at Bardwell pool recently with my grandson. What a wonderful experience. Facilities were clean and tidy with seperate male and female changing, a lovely warm and inviting pool and a really friendly and knowledgeable teacher. Maddie gave me a great experience. I can’t wait to go back again

We're loving Water Babies!
My daughter is loving Water Babies, as are her Dad and I. She's 6 months old and has been going to classes for around 4 months. We can see her confidence growing and the skills she is learning in water safety, hand eye coordination and social skills. The classes are really rewarding for parents :) Although I appreciate that floor changing can be safer, and space is often limited, it would be nice to have some raised changing areas, as getting babies in and out of swim wear on the floor is back breaking!

The best start to swimming
We have been attending Water Babies with my daughter since she was 8 weeks old and now 2.5 years later she still loves it! Her water confidence is amazing and the skills she has learnt will set her up for life. The instructors and staff are all fantastic too and make you feel at ease.

Lovely, knowledgeable teacher, makes you feel comfortable in the water with your baby. Pretty expensive for only half hour lessons.

We appreciate your feedback on the lesson length and pricing. Our 30-minute sessions are designed to be engaging, focused, and developmentally appropriate for little ones. In the lessons our little fishies will be learning water confidence and all the core aquatics skills through purposeful play. We also teach really important Water Safety skills which we focused on last week during Drowning Prevention Week. In addition to learning these life saving skills, our lessons are packed full of songs, games and baby signing so you really do have the best class for your baby. We include all of our stickers, badges and certificates free of charge and on the parent portal you can see all the upcoming skills your little one will learn and keep up to date with their progress. We can see that you haven't been able to attend a few lessons and have booked catch ups on our online portal, this is a great new development to give you the ability to log an absence on line and book an alternative lessons so your child doesn't miss out :)

We love Waterbabies and Nat!
My daughter and I have been swimming with water babies since she was about 8 weeks old and she’s now 2 years and 2 months. We have Nat as our instructor and we can not fault her, she is great! She is so interactive with the children and stops to explain what we are doing very clearly and she is very supportive of new parents and children who may seem nervous too! We can’t thank her enough! My daughter has so much confidence in the water and we have Nat to thank for that!

Warm and Inviting
I was quite anxious, as a new mum to start swimming with my little one. He’d been incredibly shy and hadn’t enjoyed baby sensory classes and was worried it would be similar with swimming.
However we were greeted by Kelly who was incredibly warm and knowledgable. She put my mind at ease and was brilliant with my little one Arthur. We’ve sadly had to move lessons with me going back to work but wanted to say a huge thank you to Kelly.
You are fab.
