Perfect service, they also went above and beyond to rectify my own mistake when ordering.

I ordered a watcg strap on 19th August and still haven't received it. I emailed them initially and received a reply saying they would sort it out. after yet another week I emailed again and received no reply, so I used their 'Contact Us' web form and still received no reply. I've used it again, however I suspect I'll not get a reply.
Customer service appears to be non-existent and I'm unable to phone them as they don't supply one!
Beware prospective buyers, avoid like the plague

The (expensive) strap arrived on time but was the wrong width! He apologised and had a replacement sent out. Arrived two days later, and to my astonishment it was again the wrong size!
Phone rarely answered - once in a week.
Occasional email response but no actual action.
I now have two £89 straps the wrong size, so useless to me.
It looks like this is one man band, perhaps drop shipping?
Until I get the promised collection, or a return label,
I cannot recommend this business at all!

I ordered a strap over a month ago, when it didn’t arrive within the companies estimated time frame I tried to contact them and got no reply.
I left a negative review and was instantly co reacted to try and have the review removed.
I was promised a review of what had happened and a resolution, but have received no more contact since, tired of wait I requested a refund. And have still only had silence in response for about 10 days.
Customer service is dreadful. Can’t review the product as I still haven’t received it

I haven't received my order for over 5 weeks. No refund or reply to a dozen of my messages to them in different platforms.

They say you should judge a company by how it behaves when something goes wrong and in my case something went wrong but the company rectified it swiftly and to my satisfaction.

I didn't get the watch strap I'd ordered for my husband within the day or two I was expecting so I emailed the company. Someone replied straight away and said they'd look into it. When I still didn't have it a day later he conceded it must have gotten lost in the post and gave me a refund and also sent out another strap free of charge. Unfortunately, the colour I had originally ordered was now out of stock, but at least I was sent another one (which I did get within one day). If only all companies were so responsive when things go wrong!

The inexpensive but nice strap I previously ordered from Watch Strap Style broke after only 8 months. My email was answered straight away and I now have a discounted new strap, delivered the day after ordering. Excellent service. It was thought that hand sanitiser may have damaged the leather!

Very very helpful....they answer the phone, if they happen not to be there they call back. Returns are no problem if something doesn't work ( the colour the size etc) and they are ( as I said) very helpful indeed. Highly recommend them ( and i'm difficult to please!)

Ordered a 'submerge' silicone 22mm watch strap - arrived within 2 days, fits perfectly. Really comfortable to wear and have now binned the metal bracelet in favour of this. Bargain.
