This is an on going complaint

This is an on going complaint. After my last review I was emailed to say I would be given a full refund. Since then I have had an email to say the received the watch that was supposedly sent to me.
I also received 3 emails to say they have attempted delivery again. Which they haven't. Keep away from this company they do not keep to their word. Poor customer care and poor excuses not to refund when goods don't arrive. I have on numerous occasions reached out to support and always been sent the same reply.

Great Customer Support

I purchased a Tissot watch from Watch Connection and on arrival the watch was faulty. I contacted the support dept at Watch Connection to report this, the reply was very quick. Sent photo of fault as requested. After a few emails between myself and the support dept at Watch Connection my Query was resolved. I must say the support department were excellent and always replied to my emails. Would buy from again.

Great Customer Support

Fraud

Fraud. This website took my money. Provided 2 fake shipping tracking numbers, continually tried to gaslight me into thinking something was being sent, and then never delivered the product that I ordered. Ordered in December 2025, it's mid March 2026 and absolutely no sign of the product except for fraudulent tracking numbers for Canada Post. The tracking number they alwasy use is: 7321315479727938. I'm sure others on here have the same experience. I needed to contact my credit card company to get the transaction reversed. Do not order from this website.

SCAMMERS- WATCH CONNECTION GLOBAL TORONTO CANADA…

SCAMMERS- WATCH CONNECTION GLOBAL TORONTO CANADA - contacted me again. I will continue to add comments to TrustPilot until they refund my money for an item they never sent. The refund transaction they claim they made on the 12th February has not been completed by WATCH CONNECTION GLOBAL- Toronto Canada, I have requested they send me evidence, they have sent no evidence. Unlike WATCH CONNECTION, my bank and bank transcripts don’t lie.
Trust pilot have already flagged WATCH CONNECTION GLOBAL for falsely advertising a star rating on their website that is incorrect.
It isn’t even about the money, WATCH CONNECTION GLOBAL need to honor their customers refunds. My bank are investigating this transaction and requesting evidence from the company.
In reference to their response below, I have responded to their emails numerous times with my order number and requested evidence of the refund. To date, they have not sent me this evidence.

Purchased a Tag Heuer watch from them using inheritance and took it to an official Tag shop for them to remove some links for me and told me immediately it is a fake. It is an exceptionally good fake

If I can give 0 for this merchant because they deceive me. I return the watches since last November and until today they didn’t refund. They just send email stating it was already refunded but it was not and there’s no refund at all!! Don’t trust them and never buy here!

Watch came in perfect new unopened condition and they were able to beat every price I could find online. Will for sure be buying more watches through this site.

So following on from my previous review…

So following on from my previous review and after weeks of back-and-forth communication (over six weeks in total), I was promised a refund along with a return label. However, I have now been told that no return labels are provided and that I must return the watch at my own expense to a mailbox address in London before receiving any refund.
This is unacceptable. The company sent me the wrong product, yet I am expected to pay for its return. The address provided does not resemble a legitimate retail location, which raises serious concerns about the security of sending back an expensive item without any guarantee of reimbursement.
The entire process has been frustrating, misleading, and unprofessional.

Has to be a scam and I urge others to exercise caution before purchasing.

AVOID!! US Postal Inspector Alerted

AVOID!!! I purchased a “Gucci” watch from them in March 2025. The watch stopped working in September 2025. They requested pictures and a video of the malfunctioning watch. I responded with that immediately. They agreed to a refund and requested that I send the watch back via registered USPS mail. I did that. It was received by them and signed for. They even acknowledged it via email. It has been 6 weeks. I do not have a watch nor a refund. PayPal is already aware of their poor and fraudulent service. I’ve also alerted the US Postal Inspector. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Extremely misleading !!!

Extremely misleading !!!
Bought a watch as a birthday gift for a family member after seeing clear writing ‘free 7 day returns’ on their website. Unfortunately the watch face was too large for the recipient so needed to be returned. When I politely asked customer service to return, they have now said it can only be returned if faulty or damaged. This was very unclear, otherwise I would never have bought the product. So disappointed. Be careful if buying from this company.
