I asked for four different swatches of fabric and I was delighted! Four really Good size pieces of fabric mounted on card, just Amazing! It has given me a good idea of how each lovely fabric will look. Still trying to decide.

Never got the samples I had ordered
Never got the samples I had ordered. I'm sure they got lost in the mail so it's not their fault. But a response would have been nice when I told them so anyway.

Beautiful fabric
Beautiful fabric , professionally made into a Roman Blind. Quality was great and delivered in accordance with published timeframes by registered post. Am going to replace old blinds throughout my house with them now

Lovely material
Lovely quality of material and well packaged.
sadly , my second sample didn't have the main design on it so unable to see the colours that I wanted to team with my hallway.

Beautiful wallpaper design transforming our cloakroom
The wallpaper samples were sent with paint colour suggestions and all excellent quality and beautifully presented. However on closer inspection while choosing paint to go with the chosen wallpaper I realised the sample didn’t contain one key part of the design and colour which was one of the main repeat features so for me the sample wallpaper was not sufficient when spending such a lot per roll.
Despite this we ordered the wallpaper anyway and chose our paint colour and room accessories after we could see the whole repeat pattern.
Everything arrived well packaged and protected and in the time scale promised.
The quality of the paper is fantastic. We absolutely love it and it has transformed our cloakroom into something exceptional. We live near Balmoral so the title and design of the wallpaper fits beautifully. If I could upload a photograph I would. Thank you.

I'm so sorry to hear that the sample was missing a key part of the design. Our samples are industry standard in size but for some of our larger pattern repeats, we do understand that elements can often be missing from the sample section. We would always ask customers to contact our customer care team if this is the case, as we could look into sending a small piece of the actual wallpaper to you, at a small additional cost.
Balmoral really is a wonderful design and has become somewhat of an iconic design since its launch. I'm sure it looks wonderful in your home near its namesake.

My first sample never arrived until…
My first sample never arrived until after I had complained and it was delivered in a post office sleeve . Whoever is in your post room is not sealing the packages down properly

Firstly, I do apologise for the delay in receiving your sample. Sometimes samples do get lost in transit and when you did get in touch to inform us that you had not yet received your sample, we did send out an immediate replacement.
I will certainly escalate your feedback regarding envelopes to our warehouse team as this is something that we will need to look into as a priority.
