You notified me that your sample had been shipped about 2 weeks ago, but it has not as yet arrived!

Apologies that you've not received your sample in the post. I can see your sample was dispatched from our warehouse at the end of March. We send all of our samples our on Royal Mail first class so it should have made its way to you within a day or two.

Quality fabrics, wallpapers and service
Great fabrics. Samples arrived on time and were of a decent size too, so you get a good idea of the scheme you’re putting together. Those little squares you usually get are annoying and unhelpful. 10/10.

Beautiful wallpaper
Beautiful wallpaper. Damage to four rolls one of which was a replacement. Great communication but a slight reluctance to sort the problem quickly. Blamed in transit damage when it clearly wasn’t and was a production issue. The good news is the wallpaper looks amazing!
