Do not buy as I did. This has just caused my electrics to blow.

Not as good as the hype. Does not heat the room. May be allright for a closset .Should have read the reviews before being succered by their ads.

This product is marketed as energy efficient and saving a lot of money.
Well it's not true. I've tested it using energy consumption meter and found it more expensive than oil filled radiator. Additionally it doesn't have any thermostat and running time may be controlled manually only. Also it is quite loud while operating.
I can only suggest - do not buy it. It's a waste of your money.

The unit worked for less that 3 months of occasional use.
Contacted customer service, email taken from invoice due to there being no other way of contacting.
They have limited report options for you to choose from so I chose Factory Fault, only one that fitted my situation.
Response was until I can prove it is a factory fault then they can do nothing.
Sent a video, as requested, showing it doesn't work but apparently it doesn't prove that it is a factory fault.
Customer service USELESS.

Die Sendungsverfolgung war gut, Ware wurde geliefert, das war es aber schon, was ich positiv bewerten kann. Das Gerät ist sehr klein (H20 x B13 x T12 cm), die Heizleistung nur bis zu ca. 1m Abstand spürbar. Es kann keinen Raum erwärmen, da zwar Warmluft nach vorne abgegeben, aber gleichzeitig Kaltluft nach hinten rausgeblasen wird. Das Gerät beinhaltet weder eine Temperaturanzeige, Timer- Funktion, noch ist eine Fernbedienung vorhanden. Ob tatsächlich Keramikelemente verbaut wurden, bezweifle ich sehr. All dies wurde aber, auf der von mir zur Bestellung genutzten Website, von "Kunden" als positive Merkmale erwähnt. Meines Erachtens handelt es sich hier um Fake- Bewertungen (gefälschte oder gekaufte Kundenstimmen). Leider habe ich zwei Geräte gekauft, die den bezahlten Preis auf keinen Fall rechtfertigen.

I have had no problems with ordering and delivery at all. It was exactly as stated.
As for the heater, I love it. It travels between work and home and heats rooms in no time. The blue model is actually a lovely shade of teal. Could not be more chuffed with it.

Only works with providing card details online, ApplePay or PayPal links don’t work. I decided not to proceed based on this.

This is a PoS. It worked for less than a minute.

The heater arrived and did not work. Nothing. I tried to contact the company several times but never received a reply. This is a scam . Please avoid.

It is a good heater and takes the chill off a large room. It was better than I expected. In an average size room it works well.

Cheep inferior plastic exterior.
I would not recommend this heater to be used in any domestic setting.

I’m glad I read the Terrible Reviews this Warmool Heater is Getting. I ordered myself 1 and Paid for it. It never Arrived although the Delivery company said it was Delivered. Oh well I suppose that makes it True then if they said it was Delivered and I know I Wasn’t Delivered anyway from What reviews I’m Reading the Product is Useless and this Ecom7 nonsense as well never again ye kin keep the useless Warmool Heater

OK.. for better or worse , I got one
And so far ...its OK..I wouldn't say its great so nothing special.
For a small heater it puts out OK.
It says 1200W.. which seemed not very energy saving to me .
It would pull about 5½ amps .
I suppose that's on max I'm not sure what the min is .
I do like the level switch, so if it gets knocked or you pick it up . It cuts out .
Safety is good .
The fan blows out OK...
Not crazy good but actually better than some.
Obviously there's no free energy .
It's actually better than some I've seem and the same as others.
I picked it for to warm the office room up . The wife works from home now ..
I'm out ..
Kids are at school so why heat the whole house up for just one room.
For this ..it's probably OK..
Later I'll put an ammeter on it and find out what its really drawing in energy

A big thanks Trustpilot - I've avoided buying one of these but getting decent reviews took some digging - these guys must be desperate to sell this junk.
Took me ages to find the electrical rating and not a technical spec to be found - I wonder why???? Talk about unscrupulous - I note there are ceramic style fan heaters from reputable sources for far less

Really don't know why there are so many bad reviews on this product!! And I just received my second one and I love them !! It does what it says

I received my heater & to be honest I don’t understand what it is, the previous reviewers are complaining about, I ordered it arrived & I plugged in I reasonably sized living room & it heats it up very well, my daughter even complains that she is getting too warm ideal 👌🏽👌🏽

I bought the warmool little heater about 3 months ago and I will be totally honest, I was sceptical. To my suprise though it really is a great little heater. It takes the chill out of any room, my room goes from 18c to above 21c in about an 30 minutes and cost is very very minimal on electric.
I don't understand the comments about scams ect. I am UK based and very happy with my product.

I have to agree with the many others who say this is some kind of swindle. While it appeared that I had received what I ordered the product did not live up to expectations. After opening and plugging in, I switched it on and listened to the rather loud whirring of the fan. There was heat but only when up close to the unit and I was only in a small room. I gave it some time as it was a particularly cold day but still sitting only a few feet away, no heat. During that time a whine came and went which made me a little nervous. I might get some use for it in the future but it's not value for money in my opinion.

So glad I read these reviews. Thought it would be perfect. It was forwarded to me by my elderly brother. He bought one 😔. So glad I didn’t waste my money. Should be taken off all sites
