Awful company to deal with - item not delivered
Awful company to deal with. As others have noted, the 'front' for this operation appears to be European but it isn't a European company in it's performance, customer service or by any measure of what to expect from a decent consumer-oriented supplier.
Order was supposed to be delivered in time for Xmas, was delayed and then left by courier company on the grass outside the block of flats that I live in. Unsurprisingly it was then stolen.
Warmnest as the contracted company has a responsibility to ensure safe delivery - this is NOT down to the courier company as many ecommerce sellers try to make you think. This shower of a crew (by the way 'Laura Bennett' is not a real person) repeatedly refused to accept this and consistently referred back to a POD from Evri despite it showing a photo of the package on the grass in snow!
Awful company. No refund, no goodwill gesture, no delivery, disappointed gf and very definitely will recommend against buying from them.

Absolute scam of a company. Didn’t send the product that I had paid over £30 for! I have been back and forth with ‘Laura Bennett’ who clearly isn’t genuine.
I have had to chase up both a refund and delivery of the product for just under a year with an incompetent owner.
I am tired and sick to death of dealing with the company, so have give up and accepted my loss and their company as fraudulent. I have reported their company to HMRC, and I would endeavour anyone else to do so to prevent any further fraudulent activity and scams from continuing.

Ordered 2 Discovery Packs in November. Only 1 pack arrived. Asked where other package was. Sent photos as requested. Was originally told the missing items would be posted. Never happened. Emailed them, and was told management and warehouse team were investigating. Emailed again. Then told everything was originally sent correctly, and that I had mis-ordered. Forwarded screenshots of my order against what I received. Was told it was my fault and that I misunderstood their ordering screen. I understand how numbers work. 1 pack= 2waxes, 2 scents and 1 wicks. So, when ordering 2 packs, and the total price changes to double the price before discount, I expect 4waxes, 4scents and 2wicks. This is how numbers work! After 33 emails since December, multiple lies from 'Laura', I still haven't received my missing items. I have been offered partial refunds. However, I still want what I originally ordered!!

Ordered back in December. Had a problem with delivery address so been emailing back and forth with Customer Servuce since! They keep on promising to do things and then never followed through. Useless!!! Gave up in the end. Lost my money.

Ordered before Christmas as a gift, arrived as a split parcel, with some of the order missing.
I've had response from them saying the query has been raised with the warehouse team(?). I chased a few weeks later and was told the same. It's been nearly 2 months now since I first notified them of the missing item, and a replacement should have just been sent out.
Won't be shopping with them again - expect better, for such a simple issue.

This company is one of the worst I have dealt with. I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife in mid December. I only received half of the order which arrived after Christmas. I immediately contacted them to say part of the order was missing. They asked for photos of what I received which I then sent them. On 8th January they told me they had shipped the missing items and it would take 6-9 business days for them to arrive. I email again this morning as I still hadn't received anything and got a reply saying that the original package was weighed when it was dispatched and it included all of the items. This is just a flat out lie.
Please do not wate you money on this scam company. I have lost £85 and wouldn't want anyone else to suffer the same fate.

Appalling company - sent an incomplete order. After raising the issue they said they would send another replacement which never arrived. They then told me they sent a full order in the first place ! Telling me I cannot have a refund.
I would advise steering clear of this company.
Poor Customer Service
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would give a minis score if I could. Ordered 2 different coloured pearl sand plus 2 different scented oils as per the choice given when purchasing the bundle. After a long wait with minimal tracking my order arrived but I was given 2 of the same colour & scent. Emailed company & was told they would send the correct 2 missing items. Received another email stating my order was correct so they wouldn't be sending me anything? Replied saying that I will send my whole order back for a full refund & please send a free return label. Email received today stating that I would have to pay for the return but it will be expensive! So I will have to keep the order. I should have read these reviews as I didn't know the company was in France but they ship from China? I will definitely find an alternative company.

Tried to cancel 10 mins after order was told had already been shipped, want to return but not giving return address and told I had to pay to return, absolute joke of a company, have left negative comments on all their Facebook posts
Excellent customer service
I love being able to use different containers to make interesting candles on my table! Knowing they are pet and child-safe is even better. Warmnest provides excellent customer service - Laura responded quickly to my questions about my order and made sure I was satisfied with what I recieved. Highly recommend.

Dreadful service. Ordered and paid for on the 6th December 2025, found out yesterday that the parcel has been lost.
I’ve asked for a refund twice - no reply.
Emails several times now both to chase this up and to ask for a refund!

Undelivered - Don’t Buy
Ordered Christmas gift on Nov 15th - coming up for 2 months later and still not arrived.
In fairness the initial delivery was failed by a bad courier and then got lost somehow, but then the customer service rep initially told me they ‘won’t send another one until the first one arrives back’. Only when I frustratingly pushed back and said that’s not a professional resolution did they ‘send another package’, but I never got an order confirmation and it never showed up.
It’s just a messily run business - not reliable. Try elsewhere.

Really pleased with quality!
I’m in the UK. Having read so many negative reviews about Warmnest after purchasing the product, I started to panic while waiting for delivery. Turned out my worry was unfounded.
It was smooth sailing from the outset…from ease of placing my order online directly with the company, tracking it, delivery time, quality of packaging, and contents on opening. I’m enjoying its beautiful glow as I write this review.

Scam company shipping poor products from China
Spent £170 with warmnest as they advertise as a small independent company. But they ship their products from China. This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Customer service is an AI bot. The parcel arrived a month late, I missed my friends birthday. The actual product is poor quality and had a terrible chemical smell to the point where I couldn’t go near it. They refused to pay for return shipping despite these complaints. Returns were to France.
First experience/order - never again
Wish I had read these reviews. Ordered wax on 6th Dec and still no sign. Repeatedly told item in transit but can't say where and with which courier. Company won't issue refund until we receive and return the items but fear they will never arrive. May need to involve bank...
Do NOT waste your money!!!
Do NOT waste your money! Product does NOT work as advertised. Customer service is terrible. They refuse to refund even with video evidence showing it does not work per their instructions. Took over 2.5 weeks to receive initially too. Product comes from China, not the U.S.
