I am really sorry, I have to share the same experience as the other.
The website looked really good, but I have received only 2 lamps (one is of the wrong size) of 8 that I have ordered.

Do not buy from them!

I wish I could rate them lower than a…

I wish I could rate them lower than a one. I ordered lights for my shop and wish I had checked trust pilot first. The lights they sent me bore no resemblance to what I ordered. I sent them back immediately and they couldn't be less helpful. No refund.
This company is very suspicious as far as I am concerned. I would avoid them .

Like all the other reviews I’m appalled by this company. I’ve not received my light because I now need to pay the import tax of £16.66 after waiting 4 weeks. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website and I certainly wouldn’t have placed an order with this company if I had known. I’ve asked on two occasions for the return process and the relevant paperwork to be sent, but this is ignored. I wIll be contacting PayPal in the morning.

Overpriced scam

Overpriced scam. CB2 offers exact same planters for 1/10th the price. They could say that CB2 is selling a cheaper knockoff, but WarmlyDecor used the exact same photos!

See for yourself.
Since I can't post links, they are called Kronos planters on CB2 and Brielle modern box planter on Warmly.

Terrible

Terrible. Bought a light, waited 2 weeks. Got a shipping notification, then when I requested a tracking number I got told they stuffed up and haven’t shipped the light yet. They said I needed to wait another 3-5 weeks so I requested a refund. They confirmed they sent the refund through to the accounts department so I went out and spent another $2000 on a light. Then he decides to message me and say actually they checked and it was shipped? WORST COMPANY total frauds. Do not order from here.

Ich habe nun mehrmals versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, und die Firma hat hier in Tustpilot geantwortet, ansonsten kam keine Reaktion!! Bis heute habe ich keine Mail erhalten!!! Ich habe die Seite inzwischen an die IT Abteilung weitergegeben, welche sie als absolut unseriös einstuft!

WARNING!!! Do not buy from this scam site! Finally some of my order showed up it’s not UL rated, cheaply made, no parts for the crappy faucets, missing two lights I ordered and nothing but lies about the shipping! Refuse the shipments and call your credit companies to demand a refund! These people are scammers!

What a total lie! I have multiple emails and denials from this company saying they will not refund my money. This people are crooks!

I had placed an order for 2 lamps order…

I had placed an order for 2 lamps order no 18871 in the month of November... There is no news about the shipment . I have mailed the customer care service enough times and all they do is send a tracking number. Which shows that the packet is stuck in China forever . They have stopped responding to my mails and now when I am asking for refund there is no news ... very bad service !! I wish I had read these reviews before placing the order ...

Outrageous price

I purchased a big clock on WarmlyDecor. I received it after 3 weeks, in a correct shape and as I commanded. However, just few days after, I found the exact same clock on Amazon, but very cheaper.
I paid 200$ on Warmly, but I found it 100$, shipping included, on Amazon.

Double check the other option before purchase on Warmly. The company takes an outrageous profit.

Unmöglich

Sehr schade, dass man hier so hemmungslos über den Tisch gezogen wird. Die Website sah wirklich gut aus und bot mir nach langer Suche endlich eine Lampe an, die ich sehr passend fand. Mich hätten wohl diese dauerhafte Rabattaktionen stutzig machen sollen. Jedoch erwartet man bei so einem Webauftritt keine derartige Abzocke...
Die Qualität steht mit den Preis in keinerlei Verhältnis. Das Plastikteil wo der Lampenschirm angeschraubt wird ist kaputt, sodass der Schirm nicht hält, das Holz ist extrem schlecht verarbeitet und das Metal hat an mehreren stellen Kratzer...
Zusätzlich soll ich auch noch 66€ Zollgebühren bezahlen...
auch nach Kontaktaufnahme keine Antwort. Bisher auch keine Antwort über Paypal...
Ich werde mir mein Geld zurück holen!

Light fixture is missing

Hi - I ordered a light fixture in late November and the latest tracking status still shows that it is in Beijing. I’ve written to Warmly customer service several times but haven’t gotten a clear answer on ETA. Could someone confirm when it will arrive? Order number is 18967.

*Update* warmly claims they responded - by merely sharing with me the tracking number which shows the package is still in Beijing (and no updates since then). Sharing canned responses = not helpful at all.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

We bought two lamps on 11/28/19 from the site. We didn't receive any communication from them, even thought that the order didn't go through.

The cahrge appeared on the card statement a couple of day after, the only indication of the purchase. Again no emails, confirmation or communication from the site.

After a month we receied one of the lamps in the mail which didn't look like what we wanted. There was no receipt or paperwork in the box and no reference number to the order on the label.

We tried the website chat and emailing the customer service email address both with no success. We have received no response from either of the channels.

As I am writing this review, the second lamp has not arrvied yet. Although we have paid for two and our card is charged for that amount.

Basically this site looks like a front for some scam. No accountability, no customer service, just rubbing people of their money.

Please don't waste your money here.

poor quality, no refund - don't order there.

the fixtures we ordered took approx 5 weeks to arrive. The quality of the product was more than disappointing.
When trying to write an email in order to get a refund, we received an error message from our mail client (recipient unknown).
I strongly advise against placing an order there.
