I sent some lids back that I had measured incorrectly, the Post Office couldn't track the number after a while. I posted on a review that I hadn't heard about my returned parcel. Wares phoned me that same day to follow up, eventually my parcel was found delivered to another company. I now have my money back, I'm very impressed

Very quick delivery. I made a mistake with measuring for new lids, so I had to return the wrong ones but there was no return form as promised. I still haven't heard about the returned lids. Replacement lids arrived quickly though

Preserving Supplies
Wow, the experience of using this company never disappoints. Took a list of items I needed for my next preserving adventures to the Store, staff were very helpful and they picked my order whilst I waited and helped me out to my car. The items were individually wrapped to prevent breakage and boxed. Cannot thank them enough for their efforts. If you are looking for a customer focused friendly company you need to shop with Wares.
