Fixed a shipping error

Elle and Molly were so helpful in fixing a shipping error on my second order with this company. Between these 2 reps the company went above and beyond to make a situation right.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

The Items they send are poor quality, and not authentic. Currently, in dispute with Paypal with this and reporting to Consumer affairs.

Excellent Customer Support …

I ordered items and when they arrived I was very disappointed in them. They were nothing like the images shown online and I thought they looked cheap and nasty. I contacted customer service and I explained that I was not happy.
Camellia from Customer Support contacted me and between us we sorted out the problem to both of our satisfaction. Camellia was very helpful, professional and courteous.

Excellent customer service from Lexie x

I accidentally ordered the wrong coloured item, but didn't realise until I received the order confirmation. I contacted the company and Lexie immediately changed my order to the correct colour so thank you Lexie 😁 xx

This website is a scam. Product took 2 months to arrive and the picture doesn’t compare to what you receive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I requested a refund and they refuse to give me my money back.
