I’ve been very impressed by the service…
I’ve been very impressed by the service provided by WallMark Holidays. After showing interest in their Vietnam holiday, I was able to expand it to neighbouring countries, even adding excursions that we were interested in. Josh dealt with everything very quickly and efficiently and the whole package offered was presented perfectly and great value for money. I will review our experience further after we approach and after our holiday.

Zack’s the man!
As a family we have been looking and wanting to go to Thailand for a very long time, Zac has made that happen! An amazing young man with lots and lots of patience, knowledge and dedication to his job found us what we wer looking for, no stress, plenty of communication (even if you change your party number or destination a few times like I did),if your stuck with something and need advice Zac was and is there…. If you are looking but can’t find what you want or even know what you want but are sick of looking get in touch with Zac at wallmark and he will find what you are looking for trust me!!! Amazing company but more so amazing staff.

My trip to Thailand in march and Alex has been amazing throughout this process, I made a number of changes and had numerous questions and nothing was too much trouble at all! This took a lot of stress away from me having to do this myself! Alex was always available when needed and reassured me! I have already written a review about how fantastic this company has been through the process of me booking this trip that I have never done before and honestly Zac has been an absolutely amazing operator. I wanted to amend a booking once I got here and he did seamlessly with no stress at all n has since checked in with us just to check we are still happy in our holiday. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using them again!

I had a really positive experience with Wallmark Holidays and would happily recommend them. I spoke with Alex, who was very helpful, informative, and easy to talk to throughout the process. Although I was added as an extra passenger and the booking itself was tailored to the original booker, Alex still made sure everything was clearly explained and that any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.
Alex was patient, professional, and reassuring at all times, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent and the service felt reliable and well-organised. Overall, a great experience with Wallmark Holidays.
