Hi Joziah,
We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave us such a wonderful 5-star review. Your feedback means a lot to the entire team.

No response
We have continually tried to make contact for a return. I called before ordering to make sure the oak panels had oak all the way around each slat. He assured me yes. They arrived and there is only a strip of oak on front with black sides. Emails not answered, phone not being answered now, apparently had a collection sorted yesterday waited all day and no1 showed up. We need funds back to order elsewhere.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced with your recent order and our customer service.
We understand your concerns about oak panels not meeting your expectations and the difficulties you face in reaching us. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide and we take your feedback very seriously.
As WallDec, customer satisfaction and safe shopping experiences are our top priorities.
We are truly sorry that our service fell short of your expectations and this has led to a negative review on Trustpilot. Normally the return shipping fee would be £75, but as a goodwill gesture we've reduced this to £25 for you.
A full refund was also given.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Kind regards,

Sample of wall slats
The sample took a bit longer than I expected to arrive. But truthfully I don't really like it, I don't like the black backing against the grey wood Sorry
