I wasn't expecting customer service to respond so quickly, tbh. I had a question about sizing and they gave a proper answer without sounding robotic. That gave me more confidence in the store!
I usually overthink home decor purchases but this one worked out really well. The wall light fits naturally into the room and gives that modern Pinterest style look without trying too hard. My apartment feels more complete now somehow.
I've ordered home decor online before and sometimes the products feel cheaper than they look in the photos. These wall lights have a nice weight to them and feel well made. You can tell care went into the design.
