I need instructions, why can't such an expensive purchase be supported? I've now spent over $800 and still my dog Bear, has no wheelchair that works! Terrible!e company. No assembly instructions. Just a bunch of parts that mean nothing.

Always so very helpful when calling about the walkin pet wheelchair for our dog.

It is constantly wanting to slip off. If it was a little longer towards the middle of the body it would stay on better.

I am so excied that my dog has some wheels! My husky mix is a med-large, with some partial paralysis in his back legs. So the wheels allow us to go further, as opposed to a regular walk where, if he gets tired, I end up supporting him via his harness. But now he can go farther for longer, and he looks so happy! And, at first I was apprehensive about putting it together, but assembly was actually super simply. And I love how it folds flat - super easy to put in the car!

We had a issue with our clips coming out. They responded quickly and rushed us another set. The wheels are buying us a little more time with our senior eb.

I had knuckles for my boys wheelchair delivered and they were not the adjustable ones so the next day I had the correct knuckles!! Excellent customer service, my boy depends on his wheelchair and they didn’t let him miss a beat! Thank you

The product is great my old guy Smirnoff is loving it. It helps him so much and makes it easier to help him get up and down.

I was upset that the walker did not come together so I had to hire out for help. Now it’s together and my dog is really interested in it. Can’t wait to try it out.

Was able to talk to a real person who was able to navigate me to the correct product for my Boxer. The wheel chair is well made. I needed some replacement straps that got destroyed by a stray dog that showed up. They were able to help me figure out the pieces I needed with a very easy way to order. Thanks.

The braces seem to help my dog but the Velcro straps are difficult to work with

I feel the shipping should be included for parts after spending $500 for the wheels, $1.00 part that weighs only ounces shipping cost of $15 was outrages. Service was good.

Customer service was very helpful, you can send pictures and videos and get their recommendations. Christy seems pretty comfortable when I take her out in her walker.

Insult to injury, give us a break, you charged us for a minor replacement part which should’ve been N/C courtesy
AND then hammered us $15.00 for shipping costs. Less than half a pound package, the excessive shipping costs most of all pissed me off. Really $15. ??

I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with their pets mobility issues. Everything is very well made.

We are on Day 10 of this new experience. Yesterday we made a breakthrough. She peed for the first time in the chair - still no poops - and we went a good 100 yards around the neighborhood with no bribery (treats) needed. In the beginning, they were required every 5’-10’. She seems to be understanding and loving this newfound mobility. We were all very excited for her. Lots of patience and praise and treats are making this a success! Just a few negatives. My husband and I found it difficult to assemble - maybe just us? - and had to get a neighbor over for help. Also the wheels are made of plastic. For the money, rubber ones would have been nicer and more durable. Overall we are very happy with her new wheels. The chair is sleek and handsome, unlike some of the other ones we saw online which looked medieval and scary. A few months down the road, we hope to return to our mile long walks around our neighborhood and meeting up with Daisy’s old friends once again. Thank you!!

The wheelchair helps our pug to be mobile. Easy assembly and works great getting him around indoors.

Shipment arrived in a timely manner. I am very happy with the wheels and harnesses we have purchased. I needed the wheels for a previous dog who recently passed and will need them for a smaller dog. The adjustability of these carts is superb and the quality is excellent and worth the extra expense. I had used a different brand for a foster dog previously and that cart was nightmare and there was no product support from the brand/seller like there is from Walkin pets.

They are charging $55 for a peice of elastic with Velcro. Well $35 which I was willing to pay till for whatever reason they are trying to charge $20+ for shipping (last time I check something weigh that little does not cost anywhere near that amount to the same country) ridiculous & a rip off I will make my own- maybe I'll patten it or just put a DIY tutorial online to allow people who need it to make it without having to pay an arm a leg and a heart to get it!!!
