Wheels were delivered promptly and in good condition. The videos on the website were very helpful for assembly and other hints. These have made a big difference for my 13 year old 80lb girl who drags one foot now. She can go on walks and looks forward to them. It took a little while to get used to the routine of getting her into the wheels. I think the design of the stirrups could be improved.

I tried Cheaper Drag Bags but none worked as well as the Blue Size Small from Walkinpets. I have a Paralyzed Mini Dachshund (10 lbs) and she drags herself all over. She Runs but if she doesn't have a drag bag on she scrapes herself bloody because she doesn't feel anything. Her Quality of Life with the Walkinpets Wheelchair and Drag Bag is Excellent. Being paralyzed after 3 back surgeries has not slowed down this 11 year old girl.

Just a confirmation email would be huge but very quick service aside from that

I sent an email to return rails that had smaller clips but did but get a response. I ended up buying new rails that fit. The description did not say the clips were smaller so I feel like I wasted money on an otherwise good product.

You returned my phone call in a timely manner and fulfilled my order quickly. My Cody wouldn’t be able to walk without your wheels. Thank you so much.

It was difficult to speak to anyone in customer services and/or to make a return.

I ordered my wheelchair on August 25th. It's now September 11th. No confirmation email. No responses to any emails I sent. No answer to phone calls. No return of voicemail. My dog is struggling so much and this seemed to be the best wheelchair. This is horrendous. I can't even attempt to get my money back if I wanted to it seems. I just want the wheelchair or someone to tell me its being shipped ASAP.

Edit 9/12/24 : I changed the rating from a 1 star to a 4 star. A customer rep from Walkin Pets stating that their phone lines and emails are still not working and the social media team reached out internally to get my order processed and shipped. I'm so grateful that I'm finally getting the wheelchair for my 14 yr old pup. More updates to come after the wheelchair arrives.

This was my third time ordering from walkin pets and they are always so nice and helpful. I couldn’t figure out how to get the rescue discount so I called and had them take my order over the phone (which I’m glad they did because stuff I wanted wasn’t in stock). They did all the work for me and I got my discount and was shipped very quickly. Which is important for this company because the pets that they help really need these chairs
Fast. It is life changing for them and helps some to even walk again. My girl is 11 and is a rescue, she is too far gone at this point. But she does spine walk a lot more now that she has gotten her correct size chair. Before this she just dragged her legs everywhere she is all scarred from it. So thank you walkin pets for helping dogs like mine live a fulfilling life in spite of their disability.

The wheelchair is well built and works well for my dog, but the customer service is very lacking. Called and left 3 messages and never heard back from anyone.

Product is good and helps my dog be able to move so much better. Finally getting a response from customer service, returning and reordering another walker. They do charge a good "restocking fee" & you have to pay shipping.*

Have been trying to contact company for weeks trying to return or exchange for different size. No reply to phone calls, emails or multiple messages.

Terrible service and shipping
I am still waiting for the product after a month
And no one can tell if the wheelchair is really arriving since no shipping details could be provided (can you believe this ?!it feels like it’s a deceit)

Fast shipment! Light weight, sturdy & comfortable for the dog. However the directions really need to be more concise, shorter & direct!

I LOVE Walkin'Pets. There products have helped my pup enjoy state parks and trails again!!! He had another set of wheels but these are far better and he enjoys going fast!

This is my third or fourth drag bag from walk-in pets and when I say she drags herself around my yard over cement, sticks, pine cones and all things in the woods and her skin stays intact with no damage at all it amazes us!

I would trust no other product on my active paralyzed girl of 8-9 pounds.

You cannot have a paralyzed dog without this. Even our new homes floors were causing skin abrasions so it’s been great indoors too!
I keep several on hand and rotate them. If it wasn’t for the driveway she probably wouldn’t tear the fabric so quickly but overall they last as last!
