Purchased one of the plush Christmas toys, it's very well made and good quality. Dispatch and delivery was fast with good communication and a tracking link. In response to your 1-star review. When you placed your order for our organic custard creams they were on pre-order which was detailed on the website. If you look at the description, it states that the estimated dispatch will be from 19th April. When 1-star reviews are unfairly given, this impacts a small family-run business. I hope this clears up any confusion as to why you haven't received your order.

Lovely little bags of doggie mini chocolate eggs. Wrapped in different coloured foil and comes in cellophane bags.
Delivery was slightly longer than expected, nearly two weeks and the bags are a little smaller than expected too but I’m sure my Holly won’t mind.In fact she could definitely smell something tempting when I was opening the box as she started woofing. 😀🐶.
