Purchasign experience wasn't great but product is worth hit
At first I had a not-so-great experience purchasing the product. I bought it on the last day of the financial year on the basis that it was a "financial year end sale." After paying for it, I was told the product was not available and I had to wait until the end of July. I got my money back. Once the product became available, I purchased it at the same price as the "end of financial year" sale — meaning it really wasn't on sale.
From a product perspective, the Elite Air compression boots are fantastic — great value for money.

Demand was a lot higher than we expected that end of financial year period, and it caught our stock levels off guard, which is why you had to wait until end of July. Good product that is affordable…
Good product that is affordable compared to brands such as Normatech. After a few months had issues with the connection of my sleeves but the customer service team were helpful and arranged replacements which are so far working much better.

Faulty Product & No Customer Support
I ordered an ice bath chiller from this company and it arrived a week ago. Immediately upon installation it became obvious there was a mechanical fault with the internal motor and fan, and the chiller unit doesn't work.
I've tried to reach out to the company 4 times now through their website and email and have got no response at all in the last week.
My bank will take over the process from here, but it's frustrating that no one has reached out and they're ignoring my requests for some sort of assistance with the faulty product.

Excellent Customer Service
Wagnums Customer service and communication was excellent.
Our order was lost in the transit, we were kept in the loop the whole time and when they couldn't be found they immediately sent another pair.
My son has been using the compression boots and is loving them!

A Company with some Integrity
Firstly, I have a serious back issue and the back waist belt I bought is one of the best, and I've tried a few. It's not a magic cure but it helps me get started in the morning. I did have issues with the one I purchased after about 8 months and I sent an email and these guys just replaced it with a new on, no hassles. Hence this review, It was awesome to see some Good Old Fashioned customer service excpecially after sale service which in my opinion is very rare these days. Thanks

Over Promise & Under Deliver
I ordered an ice bath on Dec 15.
When I requested tracking information, WAGNUM advised the item would be shipped on Dec 31.
Now about 7 days later they have advised they over sold the items, and now don't have stock and it will be 4-5 weeks before I am likely to receive the item?????
Quality Companies have systems in place that effectively manage sales and stock levels. Obviously WAGNUM doesn't have these effective systems. And from reading previous reviews (which I should have done prior to purchase) it appears this company has a history of over promising and under delivering.

This occurred during a very busy end-of-year period where a software issue caused our inventory system to show available stock incorrectly. That led to us over-selling a limited number of units. While this explains what happened, we fully acknowledge that it should not have occurred and we should have communicated more clearly.
We would also like to note that some of the negative reviews you referenced are from two to three years ago. Since then, we have made significant changes to our systems, processes, and fulfillment partners, which is reflected in our more recent reviews and customer experiences.
We have already offered either a full immediate refund or priority dispatch as soon as the incoming stock arrives, depending on what works best for you. We remain committed to resolving this fairly and restoring your confidence.

I bought these compression boots as a gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved them. I also tried them myself and was honestly impressed with how effective and comfortable they are, especially for the price.
The quality is great, the compression feels really good, and they’re super easy to use. The travel bag is also a big plus — very practical and perfect for taking them on trips or to the gym.
Overall, excellent value for money and a great purchase. Highly recommend!

Top tier compression with great add on options!
I recently purchased the Wagnum Elite Air Compression Boots and they’ve been a game changer for my recovery. I train legs regularly and these boots have noticeably improved my circulation. Compression recovery leg set
I purchased the compression recovery leg set after my physio recommended then and I have been using them every day.
They have helped me in my recovery from major knee surgery and a troublesome recovery. I will continue to use then as they are a great help.

Top Shelf Company All Round
Top shelf company all round. Love the Wagnum Fuel X for recovery, I use them around 4 times a week, incredibly helpful.
Had a small issue with one of the boots, contacted Wagnum, had a prompt response from their team and got sent a new pair in the post shortly afterwards.
Can't recommend this company more, a credit to their industry.
