scam!! This company feels like a complete scam. I don’t understand how this is legal or how they’re still operating.

They charge upfront and claim a “guaranteed acceptance,” but the moment the letter gets rejected, they disappear. When they finally responded, they asked for additional documentation, which I provided promptly, yet they still refused to issue a refund and kept giving vague, non-committal responses.

There is essentially no customer support. Every phone option goes straight to voicemail, therapists don’t respond, and customer service is completely unresponsive.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would strongly caution others before using this service.

These little dog are little toys you can buy at the dollar store. They are not what was advertise and I am very disappointed. I have been calling for a refund and have not been able to talk to anyone. If anyone know or have information please let me know. Thanks in advance.

this is not what i ordered, you all are scammers!!! i got this plastic, breakable piece of shit of a $30.00 that was not what you made it out to be. shame on you all!!!

Waggy.pet is a SCAM. They take your money from your account right away and the AI therapist tells you that you qualify for an ESA letter and then they don't send you an ESA letter. Their website says they will give you an ESA letter within 4 hours... It's been two weeks and it still says they are waiting on ESA letter review. When I ask Support to either send me the ESA letter or give me a refund so I can pay a different company, they say that they won't refund because the therapist approved me.... but they never sent a letter. Paid $188 and they just tell everyone they qualify so that they can keep your money and not give you the ESA letter you paid for. SCAM. It's a SCAM. Pettable and US Service Dogs actually have people who get on the phone and they reimburse you immediately.

These "ai dogs" are nothing like they describe them they simply do not do anything that they advertise. Please shut this company down. They should be sued and all us people that were defrauded awarded remedy

Horrible company to go through with. Horrible service. I’m not sure if it’s a robot behind the screen because it continuously gives me similar responses AFTER I’ve asked it something. Dummy. Completely over this company, no answer, no call backs, crappy responses. Gets no where.

I received a tiny stuffed dog that was not the item advertised on FB. This toy would have cost about $10 in any toy store. Nothing like what is advertised. Like other reviewers, I want my money back. This is fraud big time selling something else and charging $50 for it

This company needs to refund my money, for the little cheap looking rag dogs I received. I want the address to send them back, but before I do, I want a refund, the same way they took my money first and sent me these pitiful looking fakes. They knew this isn't at all what had been advertised. It was a big scam from the beginning. I have absolutely no use for what I received. Here they are trying to just extort money from my account, $24.99, even after the fact.

I ordered 3 of the waggy dogs from Kiro Bands for $19.99 each. There was a mystery box for an additional $24.99 added to my order which I did not ask for. My credit card was charged on December 1, 2025.
I kept checking the shipping status which showed a shipping label was created on December 6, I kept checking and it kept showing waiting for product to pick up.
I emailed the support team and finally got a response that they would ship immediately.
I went on line December 14 and found that the whole thing was a scam I emailed the support team on Dec 15 to cancel the order. I also called my credit card company and reported the scam I opened a claim with them for the two charges on my card. I received and email the following day from the scammers and was told that it was too late to cancel the order, because it had shipped. I got the package the next day with cheap Chinese made toy dogs that are nothing like the fake add. I received another email from the support team with Kiro Brands letting me know that both charges on my credit card were being refunded. I got an email from my bank on the 18th showing the claims were closed and the money was sent back. I still have these 3 cheap fake dogs. I inquired about how to send them back. I received a response on December 22 with an address to China and to insure the package at 10 pounds. The weight of the original package is less than a pound. I responded that I am not going to pay for shipping to China. I noticed that shortly after the original purchase that the add never shows on you tube. My Norton antivirus blocks the sight as an e-scam company.

I ordered 3X Waggy's they added a 'Mystery Box" and charged my bank card, but never e-mailed me delivery info!
$80 up in smoke!

I have taken THREE of their questionnaires and each returning letter is dated the exact same date as the first one. DO NOT USE WAGGY - they will take your money, not deliver proper dated letters and you will NOT receive a refund.

Their ESA letter does not hold up to scrutiny. The therapist who writes it has a legit license but has a voice mail greeting that says she doesn’t speak to landlords and any requests must be done through “your portal”
My landlord asked me if I can obtain an ESA from someone else and WAGGY claims their 100% guarantee is that you would not be rejected from obtaining an ESA.

There is no way a person can follow the directions on the Waggie collar that secures the collar. So we had to figure out a way as our dog kept losing it.
The products works but only for about 3-4 months so don’t buy the hype about it lasting 6 months.

The process was easy. Answering the questions took about 15 minutes. I received my documents the next day via email. I submitted it to the leasing company we applied to and the paperwork was accepted by the leasing management firm within 24 hours. No issues! Very happy and it saved my husband and I from paying a $300 pet deposit and pet rent. Thank you!

Don’t waste your money. I did! Bought the Waggie collar for my dog as he had convulsions with an insecticidal collar and drops. I was so disappointed. Put the collar on him at the end of August. Beginning of October the dog groomer said he had lots of ticks. Now his hair is short I can find them and pick them off. He has had the collar on for only 2 months! I picked 10 ticks of him yesterday and today.
I wrote to Waggie. This was their reply ....
“ Thank you for contacting Winkflo's support.
Waggie is all-natural and has no added chemicals so it cannot be avoided especially if your area is heavily infested with tick and fleas”
So, only of use if you live in an area with NO ticks or fleas ! That makes sense ... not!

Beware- Scammers, ordered a back seat dog cover. Never received one, no one to call, no way to refund my money. This company is terrible.

They are a predatory company that has abhorrent customer service skills. They stole my money and refused to give me a refund when I wasn't happy. I am getting a lawyer involved, as they falsely advertised to me.

If you actually DO have a service or emotional support animal, you would not need this website at all.
