I’ve ordered on middle August a blue coat…. wait until some day ago to ask for the refund cause nothing never arrived. It seems like, from other comments, there’s no one there anymore. If I’m gonna have one day some response it would be good.

Apparently out of business
Wabigrail seems to be out of business, as the website has not been updated for about 9 months, emails aren't answered and orders not fulfilled. Had to issue a chargeback with my credit card company.
Too bad, because my experience in the past with them was pleasent.

I purchased 3 jackets a few months ago, never received anything and when I sent an email requesting a refund I got no response, too bad, disappointing.

Peggior esperienza di acquisto online…
Peggior esperienza di acquisto online della mia vita. Mi mandano il pacco sbagliato contenente l’ordine di un altro cliente, lì contatto e collaborando glielo rimando, aspettando alla fine un mese per riceve quello giusto. Faccio il reso di tre articoli, dicono di non poter fare il rimborso ma mi comunicano un codice sconto del valore dei tre articoli da utilizzare per un ordine futuro. Provo ad utilizzare questo codice sconto che si rivela essere invalido/inesistente, provo a ricontattarli ripetutamente per chiedere spiegazioni e scompaiono totalmente senza dare più risposta, rubandosi in pratica circa 50 euro (prezzo dei 3 articoli resi).

Love the vintage jeans!
Love the vintage jeans! Quick delivery to Belgium as well. A tiny remark is that I would have liked a track and trace code for the package. But there was nothing wrong with the delivery whatsoever. The items are exactly as described and don't smell at all, I even believe they were ironed. Super nice, will definitely shop here again.

Still no refund..
They informed me in October they were unable to ship the following goods and it would be refunded.
Approximately 6 months later still no refund.
Tried multiple times to contact them via email, their internet chat and via Asos and no responses.
Would definitely not recommend

Ho acquistato per un regalo di un’amica due Blazer Vintage di Burberry e di Giorgio Armani.
La consegna è stata perfetta e precisa, anche se non ero convinta che potesse avvenire prima di una settimana, poiché molti altri ordini su altri e commerce hanno sempre ritardato.
Che dire, tutto perfetto, ho aperto la scatola per controllare gli articoli prima del regalo e sono tutti come da foto e da descrizione.
Ottimo e commerce di vintage e second hand.

AGGIORNAMENTO!
i vestiti sono arrivati dopo più di un mese di attesa. Nel mentre il servizio clienti rispondeva alle mail dopo giorni e dovevo essere io a sollecitarli per avere aggiornamenti (visto che non ho avuto neanche un tracker del pacco). Mi è stato inoltre offerto uno sconto fasullo per eliminare la mia recensione (anche in questo caso sono spariti senza mandare più nessuna email)

Vestiti arrivati totalmente diversi da quelli ordinati, servizio clienti quasi inesistente e non sono ancora riuscita ad avere un rimborso.
