WFP designed a system specifically to my requirements being flexible as I was converting a building and needed the alarm installed everytime a floor was completed.
7 years later all the work is completed and the system work flawlessly.
If you’re looking for a fire alarm. CCTV. Door entry systems or electrical work you be hard pressed to find a company better than WFP.

Always good communications. Our faulty light switch was replaced quickly and thoroughly tested by WFPs tidy and polite electrician who arrived bang on time too. No need to clean up discarded packaging, discarded kit or mess after he had left, which is always something I appreciate.

The Company (wfp) was most responsive, communicative and helpful in reviewing and finally installing our home EV charger. Our electric system was inspected by its head Electrician and he in turn contacted the power supply company to arrange the required (free) upgrade to our fuse box. Once the upgrade was completed an efficient friendly team neatly installed to the charger in less than a day. The behaviour of the company and its personnel gave us the satisfaction that a good job had been well done.

I worked with WFP at my previous property management company, the service delivered was excellent and the work completed to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We booked 10 members of our team to do the Fire Warden Training course. This course was for 1 day and carried out at our office, meaning that we did not have to all try and find our way to another location for the training. The training was a good mix of theory and practical.
Our training was delivered by John who was fantastically knowledgeable on the subject and we as a group found him engaging.
We have all learnt a great deal on this course and have come away with the confidence to use a fire extinguisher should the need ever arise and the understanding of fire safety.
The cost of the course is very reasonable, considering we had 10 people on the course, it was in fact an absolute steal and invaluable when it could potentially save lives.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone, even if you think you know a lot about fire safety already, its likely you will learn something you did not know before.

Complete review, testing and repair of fire alarm system at church premises. Brought up to current compliance standards. Engineers were friendly, courteous and professional and were willing to explain what they were doing. Administration (quotes, appointments etc.) were very efficiently handled by friendly staff. Highly recommend.

After discussions with a number of potential suppliers, we selected WFP to install a wireless interlinked fire alarm system in the communal area of our block of flats.

Right from the first phone call, they were a pleasure to deal with. Paul and I spent about 45 minutes discussing our requirements in detail, along with the pros and cons of the different systems on offer.

Over the course of the next couple of weeks, we agreed the details of the installation (panel placement, associated electrical works etc.); Paul was very helpful and diligent throughout.

On the day of the installation, George helped me to select the final location for panel placement, taking into account both the regulatory requirements and the aesthetic impact on the hallway. We agreed an option which we were both happy with, and the installation went ahead very smoothly. He left us with a very neat installation and left the hallway clean and tidy.

I would highly recommend WFP to anyone who is considering having a fire alarm system installed. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the customer experience from beginning to end has been outstanding.

WFP quoted and replaced a large number of our fire detectors. They were extremely professional from start to finish with excellent communication and the contractor was a pleasure to have in the building - minimal disruption and they even adjusted the price afterwards as they hadn't had to do everything they quoted for - very happy - highly recommend.

I was pleased with their communication from day one and they answered my queries they sent me quotes to which I agreed and they carried out the works to my satisfaction, they provided good customer service that used to be around.
