Health and comfort solutions reasonably priced
I have made a number of purchases recently and I am well pleased with everything that I have bought. My orders were placed over the phone and I provided my email address but did not always receive an email confirmation of the order, which I personally prefer. I called customer services with a query which was dealt with in a very efficient and friendly manner. The orders were received very promptly and the items were very reasonably priced.

Not quite what we thought we were ordering
We thought we were buying Ecoknit towels as this is what the website says they are. However, what we received are the company’s own version of the ecoknit technology - Boo Living. We specifically wanted the Ecoknit brand as we had used them in a hotel and thought they were great. We have been offered a refund if we send them back, presumably at our cost but feel a little misled as the listing on the website clearly refers to them as Ecoknit towels, implying that they are that brand, not just a generic type of material.
Update following reply: with respect, the title of the listing is Ecoknit towels and the word Ecoknit is mentioned three times with Boo Living mentioned once.
