Vyser is an independent eyewear label built on a simple conviction: sunglasses are a styling decision, not an afterthought. Every frame in our collection is chosen for line, proportion and presence — the kind of piece that defines a look rather than finishing it. We design for people who treat getting dressed as a form of expression. Sculptural cat-eyes, pared-back rectangles, oversized shields, tinted lenses in colours that read as deliberate. Our collections are released in tight, considered drops rather than endless catalogues, so what we carry is what we stand behind. Every pair ships with UV400 protection as standard, in protective packaging designed to survive the journey. We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners, with tracking provided on every order and transit times stated clearly at checkout. International customers should note that any import duties or taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Never got product .

Well I ordered the glasses first on Sept. 30th . It took a while to ship so I got worried, but I was reassured that was it because of china processing it was taking so long. so I decided it’s chill and to give them a little bit more time. It’s been two weeks since then , communication has gone dark and no updates regarding my shipping (because every time I click on the tracking order on the website it leads to a blank page) so I am just counting the 50 bucks as a loss. Not too upset though , ordered the same kind of glasses off TikTok shop for way cheaper and got here faster. Thankfully because i ordered these for a trip I have next week and thought + 1 month would be enough grace period for this company to deliver but apparently not.

Love the glasses

Love the glasses! They're literally the coolest looking glass I’ve ever seen and they’re nice and light so they sit perfect on the face and don’t move around when running. Def recommend.

Where is my package?

I bought and paid, but no information about the package was sent to me. I have been paying for ten days without any message. I feel cheated.

Thank you for raising this. We’ve reviewed your order: it was placed on 6 October and shipped on 8 October, with tracking issued the same day. Our shipping confirmation didn’t reach your inbox, and that’s our failure — we’ve now sent the tracking details to you directly. On timing: our published delivery estimate for the United States is 7–15 business days from dispatch, so your parcel is still inside its expected window, and tracking often goes quiet for several days during customs clearance. If it hasn’t arrived by 29 October, write to support@vyser-eyewear.com and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund. We’re sorry the silence made this feel like something it wasn’t.

Good news: your order was shipped on October 5 and is on its way to you. International shipments go through customs clearance before reaching the local carrier, and during that stage tracking can go a few days without new updates, even though the package keeps moving. Your order is still within our normal delivery window for the US, so it should be with you soon.
