I had a disappointing experience. I purchased a code for my radio, entered it correctly, and had the device properly connected, but the code didn’t work.
I contacted support and provided a video showing the serial number and the full code entry process. I also requested a full refund. So far, I haven’t received a proper response.
I expect the company to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.

I was not expecting to get a result within a couple hours on a Saturday. I got an email response instantly upon ordering to confirm the serial number. Then the pin code followed not long after and the RCD 510 is working perfectly.

Honestly, this felt like a scam, and as I have personally found, there are many of them out there. I'm in the states (Iowa) and called 2-3 VW dealerships to get my code, as well as VW support, and was inconsistently told that I would have to have my vehicle scanned with their utility, and they may, or may not be able to retrieve the PIN. I used the VWCODES.ORG site in a last ditch effort even though it had mixed reviews......I got a response back within 2 hours....on a Saturday......and the code worked immediately. Saved me drive time, shop time, and $120 of "work"....THANKS!!!!!!

They got me the code for my junkyard replacement RNS 510 in about 2 hours, saved me a chunk of money and the trouble of taking my car to the dealer. Made it so I could fix my own stuff, which is always appreciated.
