Tuve una buena experiencia, el rendimiento es muy bueno (Usé plan Advanced y luego subí a Performance). Actualmente me cambié a un hosting VPS que ya tenia hace tiempo para reducir costes. Usé plugins y muchos datapacks y el rendimiento era muy decente. Probablemente me pase de nuevo a vultam.net si mi server crece para alojar mayor cantidad de personas y tener un mejor rendimiento. Totalmente recomendado y el soporte igual 10/10 resuelven rápido.

Hola buenas tardes a todos/as
Mi experiencia personal durante mi estadía fue y ha sido muy satisfactoria.
Es una empresa muy solidad y profesional en todos los servicios de hosting que ofrecen, durante mas de un año y medio utilice sus servicios de alojamiento Minecraft y siempre los usuarios recalcaron el excelente servicio.
En mi caso en particular puedo recalcar el soporte de fácil acceso, en idioma es/us y enfocados en solucionar, ademas con un trato afectuoso y muy respetuoso, sitios web organizados incluyendo todo tipo de informacion que pueda facilitar la comprensión al cliente, diversidad de alojamientos con diferentes precios para ajustarse al bolsillo del cliente manteniendo la buena calidad del servicio, entre otras cosas. Realmente he tenido una experiencia muy enriquecedora y de mucha cordialidad. Gracias Vultam.

El soporte en los tickets responden en menos de 5h, yo tengo la costumbre de esperar 1 día pero a mi me responden en menos de 1h, incluso me respondieron en 2 minutos

I understand your concerns, but the described behaviour regarding RAM usage is just normal.
Due to how modern Java versions work, it's a completely normal and intentional behaviour that you see high memory usage, or even that memory is maxing out all the time.
However, not all the RAM shown as "used" on the control panel is actually being used, it's just allocated memory. Within allocated memory, there's free memory and memory in use.
Java allocates a certain amount of memory to work with (for example, 4GB as you mentioned) and uses the pool of that allocated memory as it needs. So, you are not using 4GB; much of that memory will be usually free and waiting to be used when the server needs it.
If you have any further concerns or questions about the server's memory usage, please feel free to reach out.

It is a very professional and good service. He is good at customer service and always meets customer problems with very good solutions and with respect. It has support for Spanish and more languages since I appreciate it for being from Spain, and from what I have observed they look more for the client and his happiness than for money like other services. Delighted with Vultam I recommend it 100%

Tengo que admitir que no es una mala plataforma. Llevo cerca de un año con un Servicio Performance de Minecraft. Pero ultimamente me estan tomando el pelo, cuando compran un server podreis ver que indica espacio ilimitado, bueno, pues en sus terminos y condiciones basicamente indican que sera ilimitado siempre y cuando cumpla con sus "normas". Yo tengo un server bastante grande, que pesa cerca de 200GB, y como a ellos les parece mucho me han puesto limites de espacio a 250GB... El soporte por suerte es bueno, y te lo solucionan rapido, pero no se quien es el que limita el almacenamiento, pero me estoy comenzando a cansar.
Tras la aclaracion por parte de la empresa decidi subir mi valoracion de 2 Estrellas a 4, ya que como explique no es agradable llegar y ver que tu server tiene limite de almacenamiento, pero su explicacion lo aclara un poco. Y el servicio a pesar de eso es muy Bueno.

Hola, gracias por compartir tu opinión. Lamentamos que no estés conforme con nuestras políticas de almacenamiento, pero creemos que esto ha sido un malentendido.
Ofrecemos almacenamiento no medido ("Unmetered"), lo que significa que puedes utilizar todo el almacenamiento que necesites siempre que cumplas con nuestras políticas de uso justo, y los archivos del servidor sean esenciales para su funcionamiento.
Sin embargo, como es evidente cada nodo tiene una capacidad máxima de almacenamiento. En el caso de un plan Performance Minecraft Hosting, los nodos Performance están equipados con 2TB de almacenamiento NVMe SSD. Este almacenamiento se debe repartir entre todos los clientes que haya en el nodo.
Tu servidor no fue limitado porque hubieses incumplido nuestras políticas de uso justo, si no que fue limitado automáticamente como medida preventiva para evitar abusos y problemas de almacenamiento que puedan afectar a otros clientes, al igual que se limitan otros servidores de otros clientes. Si necesitas más de 250GB, solo tienes que abrir un ticket para solicitar una extensión cuando estés cerca de llegar al limite. Cuando se limita un servidor se hace con un margen considerable de almacenamiento para que no tengas ningún problema. Tu servidor pesaba ~180 GB cuando se aplico el límite de 250GB.
Debes entender que simplemente no podemos no aplicar limites. Si no aplicásemos limites para controlar el almacenamiento de los servidores, cualquier usuario podría llenar el espacio total de almacenamiento físico del nodo, subiendo o generando una gran cantidad de datos, ya sea de forma intencional o accidental, lo cual causaría que todos los servidores de otros clientes dejasen de funcionar, y se corrompan parte de los datos de todos los servidores.
En conclusión, es necesario aplicar limites para proporcionarte un servicio de calidad y garantizar la integridad de los datos y estabilidad de los servidores de todos nuestros clientes.
