Terrible customer service! I ordered a sample pack of 100% VG e-liquids but the vanilla tastes and smells burnt. I contacted VSAVI and Julie replied and said everyone’s taste is different and they can’t accept opened e-liquids for return. What? How would you know it is bad unless you open it?
I feel something is completely wrong with this batch of e-liquids and you won’t even accept a return to check it yourself to make sure? I’ve been vaping for years and have tried all kinds of flavours with different taste profiles and I have never in my years ever tasted something so horrible. In fact, my wife tried it and could not even vape it herself and agrees it smells burnt.
Very disappointing as I have wasted a coil as well at my own cost.
I bought the 100mg as my introduction to CBD ... chose the full spectrum for the entourage effect with the natural terpenes and other cannabinoids.
Great natural terpene profile with a subtle relaxing effect ... will try the 300mg next; hopefully the terpene profile is more pronounced.

You never have the product I’ve ordered online.
I order and a few hours later I get a text saying I need to call the office because somethings wrong with my order…. I call the number and no one answers so I call the number on the website someone answers after 15 mins of being on hold and has no idea what’s wrong with the order. Finally they find out that something is out of stock and I have to my order something different over the phone. This has happened twice now. Annoying that your website isn’t up to date and that the customer has to call you when somethings gone wrong with your website.
Love the product but you need to sort out your website.

I have only used these guys once so far, but will be using them regularly from now on. They were great communicators, answered my queries and the product arrived in good time.

God awful customer service, probably the worse I've encountered. Oringally got in touch to their help email on the website, no answer. I left it a month, no answer. I try calling multiple times and different times throughout the day, no answer. I couldn't even leave a voice message and they never called back, not once.
However they love spamming me with their crap newsletters so I thought I'd try replying to that which low and behold worked. Excellent I thought, we're actually getting somewhere, I was very wrong.
I asked my original question which was "what is in the full spectrum CBD oil, in particular does it have Vitamin E acetate"? as there has been several reports of this being the cause of many deaths and people being severely injured. I also mentioned how they never got back to me.
Their response was to accuse me of not getting touch and sending a link to the ingredients (which is the first thing I checked originally). If you look at it just says "the essential vitamins and minerals" which doesn't answer my question at all as I don't know if it has vitamin E acetate.
There was about 8 or more emails back and forth between and yet we got no where, I mentioned it doesn't specifically say but yet they couldn't understand that. Fair play to them as they actually were replying quick at this point.
Anyway we get no where and they're saying they have answered my question which they clearly have not so I said "If you’re are still struggling to understand a very simple question then please forward this to someone who actually has a brain." and they said I was being extremely rude and they won't reply. I appreciate that isn't the nicest comment but I don't understand why they couldn't just answer my question. It was clear as day what my question was and yet they decided to avoid it.
Personally I think they were either just trying to annoy me, if so they did a great job I must admit, or they didn't want to disclose that informational as that would mean people would be a lot more sceptical about their products which could potentially kill you.
I would appreciate if now I've left this review I can actually get some good customer service from you guys but think I've got more chance of dying from your vape oil then that ever happening lol.
