A variety of filters to narrow the search. Able to contact the owner with questions. I did experience a difficulty as I was searching over a period of time and had not put in our group details. This stuck so that when I went to book it kept using the default info instead of the specific group details. I should have cleared the browser info before booking as this may have prevented the difficulty.

Inconsistent currencies - same property - prices in CDN$ some in US$???
Lack of pricing transparency - high cleaning prices disguised as "taxes".

Everything was fine
Everything was fine, with one exception. I got an email from the company handling the reservation, asking me to sign up to receive SMS updates. But the form their link took me to had no field for the phone number, and no way to go to any other screen/page.

The booking experience has been good except that thew payment was supposed to be taken in two parts, October and March but the entire payment was taken on October 10 in two charges to my VISA account. I would like that corrected please.

Na het huren van een appartement, was er een probleem met de eigenaar die zonder reden heeft geannuleerd, daar we op dat moment zonder verblijfzaten bij aankomst, is de meerkost voor een ander verblijf zonder enige tegenspraak terugbetaald, waarvoor onze oprechte dank en zien in de toekomst nog een verdere samenwerking

Charged the entire stay upon booking 👎
The booking went fine until I saw that the entire cost of the stay got charged when I booked it. Typically we get charged for the first night as a deposit and the rest of it shortly before we stay there. Charging the whole thing all at the time of booking isn't reasonable with how expensive things are these days. Most people have to budget and can't afford that much of a hit all at once. Not happy about this at all. Going to use a different website next time.
