VPZ began in 2012, when our founders, eager to quit smoking, discovered that vaping was the only method that truly helped them kick the habit. Quitting smoking - especially alone - is no easy feat, and this was the spark that ignited the VPZ journey. What stood out to our founders while switching to vaping was the poor customer experience, limited availability, and lack of choice when sourcing liquids and coils. Motivated to help others quit smoking and aware that there were around 12.4 million smokers in the UK at the time, they opened the first VPZ store in Leith, Edinburgh. Their goal was simple: to help the local community make the switch, provide exceptional customer service, and spread awareness about vaping across the UK. Today, the evidence supports vaping as a powerful tool in the NHS stop-smoking strategy. While the well-known “95% less harmful” figure comes from a 2015 Public Health England review. Recent statistics show that around 5.5 million adults in Great Britain now vape, including roughly 3 million ex-smokers. Over the past five years, approximately 2.7 million people have quit smoking using a vape. In fact, the number of vapers now exceeds the number of smokers, with 5.5 million vapers compared to 4.9 million current smokers. Yet public perception still lags: studies show that 85% of smokers in 2024 underestimated how much less harmful vaping is, often believing it to be as harmful - or more harmful - than smoking. Educating smokers about the reduced risk could help more people make the switch. Our mission remains to assist those who want to quit smoking and support existing vapers on their journey. I go to the local vpz in Newton aycliffe and I have to say they are some of the most helpful assistants I have ever encountered. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The choice is fantastic and I love the fact that I can try before I buy. Your choice and flavour has converted me from another brand totally. I now only exclusively use the vpz shop. Very helpful and made to feel at ease
This is the first time I had brought a vape. I wasn’t sure the best one to get. So I explained it to the manager in the Berwick-upon-tweed branch. He was so helpful and even set it up for me. He also said if I had any problems at all to come back and he would be happy to help and advise . I was made to feel at ease.

Received an email a few months ago and i unsubscribed due to no longer vaping. Today i receive another email from VPZ, something about the government and a vape bill. I had to unsubscribe again.

VPZ Dundee/Lochee
VPZ is my go to provider for all vape products. I normally shop at the Dundee Central store where the staff are excellent. I recently went to the Lochee branch as it has easier parking options (and it's free). Once again staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I now have two options 😁

Coulby Newham Store spot on again!
After purchasing my AEQ Pro with Rich recently, I went back into the store today to choose some new liquids.
The two male staff members in store today were brilliant, and definitely knowledgable about all of the products and gave some me some brilliant recommendations and advice.
I’ve purchased some more liquids and I’ll definitely be back in for more.
It’s really good having a store on the doorstep where literally all of the staff are easy to talk to, know their products (through using them themselves) and are so approachable and patient.

Went into vpz asked for…
Went into a vpz asked for 5 bottles of red ice and asked the man what the offers were,went to pull out my phone to call my husband as the sale oils were for him,did not even get to make the call and the man said he was refusing to sell me due to there policy,they said it could have been a minor I was calling,I did not talk to anyone on the phone at all so I asked them.just to serve me my 5 oils which I previously asked for and the answer was no as they were now unsure these were for me??asked them to check my loyalty card as they can see past purchases on this and the majority of that was reduced as that's all I use,I'm actually livid as I'm working the next few days and won't make another shop,terrible behaviour these policies need to be reviewed or the staff retrained as this is going to cost the company money.!!!!

I recently bought nic liquids from this…
I recently bought nic liquids from this site. The delivery was quick, however I noticed that incorrect items had been sent. I reached out via there website too inform them of the mistake. It did take quite a few days to get resolved. Personal I feel that if I had been able to upload the proof of the mistake directly on the website this matter would probably have been quicker! I finally received my correct items & I am happy with the quick response of the agent dealing with my issue.

Never using them again
I've been going into vapourize at Shandwick Place for at least 5 or 6 years now to be told today that if I didn't have a loyalty card for my partner I couldn't buy him coils. I've been getting both his and my coils for years and nothing was said then tried to get my coils to be told that I had been refused once so they can't sell me anything wtf I won't be using them again
