Virtual Property Solutions Omdömen

I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review and say a big thank you to Luis, Umar, and Liam for their work on the feasibility report on my latest project.

The level of detail, speed, and professionalism across the whole process has been excellent. The report has given me real clarity on the scheme, allowed me to move forward with confidence, and significantly accelerated progress on the project.

What stood out most was how collaborative the process felt — working together to refine the scheme, challenge assumptions, and focus on maximising value. That’s exactly what’s needed when scaling a development business.

It’s been a pleasure working with you all, and I’m looking forward to continuing to build on this momentum across future projects.

Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Virtual Property Solutions on number of projects and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.

They offer end to end design and planning services as well as feasibility study. Their team demonstrated exceptional design skills, Problem solving ability and seamlessly blending aesthetic appeal with functionality to meet our specific needs. Their ability to understand and interpret our vision was remarkable, and they went above and beyond to ensure every element of the design aligned with our goals.

Throughout the project, they maintained excellent communication, keeping us updated on progress and ensuring that timelines were met. They handled challenges with creativity and poise, providing innovative solutions that exceeded our expectations.

Their knowledge of local building regulations and sustainable design principles greatly contributed to the project's success, ensuring not only compliance but also an environmentally friendly approach.

In summary. I would highly recommend them for any architectural project and look forward to collaborating with them again in the future.

Excellent experience and understanding to think make it own right way.
I get helped when 3 times I got refusals from council then Ashini Patel helped to get planning permission.

These guys are amazing, liam and Umar stop at nothing to make the experience effortless and nothing is to much. Used them on my own project but have recommended to a few other people who have all said the same.

From the beginning of the process of planning and designing my extension, Umar has been a massive help. I already had in mind what I was looking for with the design and layouts and Umar made it come to life. Throughout the process he has been very helpful and always answered any questions or queries I’ve had in regard to my extension and made the process a lot easier for me. During this time I have also had a few encounters with Liam who has also helped immensely. I would 100% recommend these guys and this company!

I recently worked with VPS on a project, and I couldn't be more impressed with their services. From the outset, their professionalism and attention to detail were clear. They took my ideas and turned them into something truly special, with a creative approach that surpassed my expectations.

One of the standout aspects of their work was the incredible 3D renderings they provided. These detailed images brought the project to life, giving me a crystal-clear view of the design. It was a fantastic touch that made it easy to visualize how the space would look once completed, and it really set them apart from other firms I've worked with. Thanks Guys, until next time.

I own a estate agency and have been working with Umar and Liam on projects and they have always delivered.
Now I’m getting my forever home done and they have passed me over to they college Ashni all il say is she’s amazing to work with she has designed the house above my expectations and been there through all the planning drama
I will be using this company again.Id 100 percent recommend then ,very professional work round you give you all the time you need.
Ashni,s Attention to detail is insane 5 stars all the way

I strongly recommend the team of design professionals at VPS360. They are extremely efficient and communicate brilliantly.

The plans produced far exceeded my l initial expectations. The team have taken a lot of the usual design stresses away from me by having an in house structural engineering team and dealing with all pre planning matters with the council.
