I attended the Mind Builder programme, it was the right thing for me. It certainly exceeded my expectation of it. Felt amazing after each session. Bharat Ega was my instructor, he is really good at it.

Honestly, this course is everything I needed. easy-to-follow lessons, zero starvation nonsense, and food that actually tastes good. It taught me why my body needs certain foods and how to make small changes that actually stick. I’ve got more energy, better digestion, and I’m not constantly craving junk. no more being stuck with boring diets, this course finally made it click!
