Brought for 7 year old - love the fact this has older books available as felt some of its competitors were very much pre school KS1.
Love the simplicity, reasonable price, solid device but LOVE the little book cartridges as still feels like choosing a book. Also provides opportunity to discuss the features of a book /
Title, blurb, author etc.
Highly recommend!
Ps the sleep function is also brill!

Perfect gift in 2023
I recently bought a starter-pack for my 7year old cousin - she loves it! No screens and simple controls means she gets completely absorbed in the story - rather than the device. Because of the wide range of stories I already know what I will get for her birthday.

Great screen free device!
We really love this for our 8year old. He loves the fact that it’s a ‘device’ and we love that it’s screen free. Keeps the novelty for him while reducing screen time! Enjoying the range of books for his age too! Definitely recommend.

Best gift idea!
Voxblock has been such an amazing gift for my niece, and I love the fact it’s a never ending gift idea being able to get her new stories for her library. She really enjoys spending time listening to books and is happy to replay stories. She’s even got the animals (dog and cat) chilled out listening with her.

As an adult who grew up loving…
As an adult who grew up loving audiobooks this is an incredible way for me to share that love with my kids. Both my son (5) and daughter (4) have a voxblock and they love them.
So easy to use, well proced and made and the book choices are brilliant and only getting better as more and more titles are added.
We all look forward to selecting a new book every month to buy and listen to and the kids use then to fall asleep to every night too.

Great product!
My daughter loves her new voxblock and listens to the stories over and over again. Wonderful product and have already recommended to friends. Love the mini books too and the fact there's no wifi. My 6 year old daughter was able to use it directly from the box with no input from me..it was charged and ready to go! The starter set was a great deal as you get 3 books of your choice. Will be ordering some more stories soon. Thanks just we needed for home school.

Arrived quickly and nice packaging.
Very easy to use and my kids worked out how to use them straight away.
Only issues I had were stickers on books were a little wonky which was a shame and we got one sticker card with two devices which means kids have to share it. Did message about that but didn’t hear back.
Aside from that I love the Wi-Fi free concept and that you know exactly what they are listening to
