Faktisk 0 stjerner. Har nu siden februar måned forsøgt at få en retur adresse til sko og støvletter der ikke levede op til mine forventninger og heller ikke passede mig. Har sendt mindst 25 beskeder, men der sker intet.

Edit: VOX debited my account on 1 April for a service they never installed, in spite of providing me with written confirmation of cancellation which reflected a R0.00 balance.

False advertising. Vox promotes fibre coverage on lines they do not have access to.

Once your time is wasted and the cancellation processed (at their written suggestion), they still attempt to bill you for a router you have no use for.

Så produktet Hørofix på FB med en utrolig god omtale. Bestilte produktet og efter nogle dage afhentede varen i pakkeposten. Det viste at det ikke var det produkt jeg havde bestilt. Efter flere skriverier med Voxosa kundeservice sker der intet. Jeg vil opfordre andre der læser dette om ikke at handle hos dem. Dårligere eller ingen service findes nok kun her. Det er penge lige ud af vinduet føj, føj.

Very clearly biased writings that I've found to be easily proven in factual. This is merely propaganda at this point and the irresponsible reporting done but Vox causes violence, division, and drama. All for them to make money off you following their "lead"

From an evidence-based explanatory-journalistic and writing composition (style, grammar, punctuation)—Vox is top-notch. Add their integrity and high-road principles and ideals, Vox escalates to “Fantastic!” I’m a highly experienced observer, voracious news reader, and a statistically-trained scientist—but I usually only comment on Trustpilot as an online retail goods consumer, so ran into this review site re: Vox by chance. The extremely polarized negative comments reminder me of volatile angry rants on Nextdoor.com that are considered—given the respective situation—as hyper-reactive, “triggered,” politically or ideologically charged, irrational, and/or a result of displaced anger, whether understandable anger or not. I don’t read every Vox article, but have read more than 50–and haven’t noticed any significant overreach or inaccuracies in 98-100% of those articles over the recent decade. Some people may hate any hint of progressive themes, so that might be a problem for some readers—but Vox certainly doesn’t deserve the exaggerated criticism or angry trolling allowed by social media and public commentary platforms that are undermining society, businesses, mental and physical health, ethical decency. In the big pic, such angry undue criticism is going to destroy us all.

I’ve been so impressed by Vox, I’ve donated on several occasions over the years. It’s too bad tariffs, wildfires and floods, insurance premiums are making it so challenging to contribute to Vox more. They are deserving … such appreciated explanatory top journalism free for so many years. Amazing they didn’t start charging earlier as virtually ALL news publishers now need to with high rising costs. Thanks, Vox … well done! 👍🏽

Appallingly biased writers operating under the guise of informed journalism. I am very disappointed in their agenda-driven, imbalanced perspectives.

They are so biased towards socio-communism that it is ridiculous.

If it was possible to rate them 0, I would. I cancelled by contract and they deducted the cancellation fee from my account. A month after cancelling the account, I got a statement for R2,000 for nothing. They also wanted to take the router before the end of the month ( I paid for the whole month). Complete nightmare. They offer a crap as a service. Calling their call centre is also a nightmare and they dont respond to emails.

Some of the lowest quality "information" I have ever seen on the internet. This, without meaning any offense to real, fact-based, neutral and objective information made by actual professionals

I just read a piece about the SC refusing to hear Trump’s immunity claims stating that this is a victory for Trump. I KNOW the appellate process is in full swing and they are ready to rule within 2 months at the most.
What is it with you people? I’m a former journalism major and there are 2 rules Vox seems to have forgotten:

1. Source your material
2. Do no harm

Ironically, Vox criticizes conservative journalists and filmmakers for not giving accurate sources or for changing information to fit their purpose, yet Vox gives most of their sources as anonymous contacts. We know the truth and do our own research on all topics. We are not fooled by their false reporting. Vox spews its liberal uninformed perspective over every issue.

I'm very upset and highly disappointment with the lack of urgency or attention whatsoever from your end. I made an order for fibre on 12/06/2023 and from the "turnaround" time, I concluded that it was going to be too much of a wait for me, on 14/06/2023 I sent a cancellation request of which I'm still waiting on confirmation for, furthermore, you have flagged my address however, you have not tried to contact me again.

Please urgently send a cancellation confirmation so I can move on from this already terrible experience. I'm glad my gut was right

Pathetic service. Only department that perform is the billing department. Tech support pathetic and problem resolution is slow. STAY AWAY!

I once caught a glance at a Vox article header saying "China loves capitalism, but hates inequality. That's bad." So, as you can see for yourself, very left-leaning, biased, pro-socialist, and possibly even pro-communist. Good to criticize America but doesn't show anything positive about America unless it involves Bernie Sanders or AOC. Praises Cuba, China, etc. Avoid this site like the plague. Easy 1/5
