Order took almost a month to arrive and when it did arrived looked absolutely nothing like the photo and was the worst quality. It is a SCAM!!! Don’t order from them

AVOID! Absolute scam.
Bought two hoodies on 17th September, and according to the order online it was “on its way’ in 18th September.
Paid for expedited delivery but as of 29 September no delivery or update. The tracking link for UPS does not work. I emailed the company for an update only to be told:’Please be advised that production for your item is currently ongoing and will be completed shortly Once the manufacturing process is finalized and the package is picked up by the courier’
Then they provided my with a nonexistent tracking link.
Also they claim to have Excellent 5 star Trustpilot reviews which is also a lie.
Do not buy from this company.

Coraline cat plushie
I was a bit worried at first as I couldn't find any reputable reviews for vosseraofficial but decided to go ahead and order anyway, I paid about £19 for a plushie of the cat from Coraline and I have to say they communicate very well with their customers and the product that arrived is exactly as described

I purchased a Spider-Man backpack from…
I purchased a Spider-Man backpack from Vossera online at the beginning of August. They promised delivery within 5–7 business days, but more than a month later, I still have not received my backpack and there have been no tracking updates. I emailed their only listed form of customer support and never received a response. Be cautious and think twice before purchasing from this company. I reported them to the BBB, hopefully speaking to law enforcement once they review my claim.
