I just received a brand new binocular from Vortex without cost, because my old binocular was damaged. Cheers from a happy costumer.

I was very impressed with Vortex warranty. Their response time was great and they returned the binoculars fixed faster than anticipated. I will definitely look to buy other optics made by Vortex.

Vortex Canada service...FANTASTIC! Repaired my damaged bino's quickly, great communication and even installed new lens caps. I emailed that I hoped to have them for the weekend and they rush shipped them overnight. I will always support this company and highly recommend them.

I own five Vortex Optics products and never had any real issue with the scopes/red dots. Anytime I have had a question, there was a response within a day (admittedly, I haven't tried contacting them on the weekends). One of the times, I had lost some screws for a mount, and Vortex sent me replacements for free despite them knowing I had lost them and was willing to pay for new ones. Knowing I am going to be taken care of if there is an issue is a major selling point for my continued purchasing of Vortex products.

I recently purchased a Vortex Crossfire II 2x7x32 22 rimfire scope. WOW! was my first impression and I doubt that will change. The optics provide a bright, crisp, and clear image. This scope is on par with any Leupold I own. The reticle is superb. The power ring moves smoothly and easily, not too hard and not too easy. The finish is excellent. It is a far greater value than the price would lead you to believe. I am so pleased that I chose a Vortex... again. One thing I will note though; the ocular end of the scope is quite large. It required high rings to clear the bolt of my Marlin 22 magnum. This is not a fault, just a note. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!!!

I needed a pair of binoculars as my 30 year old pair coupled with my 60+ year old eyes were just not working well. My son worked at Dick's Sporting as a part time job and suggested I buy a pair of Vortex binoculars. He suggested a pair and I purchased them. It was as if I had had cataracts removed from my eyes when I used them for bird identification the first time. Incredible! Fast forward to a year or more later. My wife and I were out on our boat and we always try to be careful, but to my dismay I saw a scratch on the lens of our binoculars. I was heartbroken as I thought that we'd need to purchase another pair or pay to have them repaired and be without them for a period of time...... here's the best part. Wait for it.... My son said the VIP warranty would cover even a bone head mistake like ours. What?? Really? Longer story short, we sent them back and they happily fixed them free and sent them back fast. This company could teach a master class on customer service and customer focus. Unbelievable company and wonderful experience. If you are contemplating the purchase of high quality optics you need to buy VORTEX. Great product, people and a superior experience.

This is the only brand of rifle scopes and binoculars I will ever own! Great products and the greatest customer service ever.
