Hey, so I lost my free Google website and I really need a website for my carpet cleaning business. I talked to a few website builders, but they were all way too expensive, especially since I'm just starting out and it's not even peak season yet. Then I found this service from a Facebook ad and it was so easy to use! I'm not very tech-savvy, but I was still able to make a pretty professional-looking website for my business. I was even able to transfer my domain, but I had a little trouble with that. Luckily, their support team helped me through it and now my website is live! I'm so happy with it!

Basic website with limited editing capabilites
The platform offers basic prebuilt templates and content with limited options to customize the layout. This may result in websites in your area looking similar to each other. Features such as creating links in the content, adding photos and galleries, and expanding the main menu are not available. Additionally, social media advertising options are not available, only Google ads. If your business relies heavily on Google ads and requires a simple, generic website, this platform could be beneficial for you.
You will need to switch to their NameServer in order to use a custom domain. They will have control over it, so any time you need to make changes to a record, you will have to reach out to their support team. This process may be inconvenient for many.

I am beyond happy with my website and with voolt in general. I sent in a request to make changes on my dns and I got a response within 24 hrs. My rep Maynara was prompt and on top of my request and within a day completed my request. The tech team a voolt is awesome.

I am a new customer
I am a new customer. My husband and I are life coaches and we own a marketing agency. When we first moved our site over to Voolt we had some minor issues such as lag time with propagation and the need to update mx records to keep our company email functioning. Our interactions with the support team have been timely and professional. We are very happy with the tone of the emails and chats we have received. We like the website. It is truly what we need for now.
We are considering moving more sites to Voolt. Special mention of employee Maynara. We had multiple interactions with her. Made us feel at ease. Also she is. Very knowledgeable and really knows her stuff. Another rep named Gustavo, also very professional. I think we found our hosting home.

If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT waste your time and money with this company. Their customer service is basically none existent. They take DAYS to respond to a service ticket request. My first problem was my edits were not being saved or uploaded/published. When they finally responded to my original request to fix the issue, it took almost 2 weeks for them to respond. The email I received said the issue was resolved, but when I went to update edits, the site still wouldn't update. Due to the response time and the fact that the ussue wasn't resolved, I was done with them. I went to another host provider and created another site with way more editing and customization control. However, I need Voolt to grant me access to the DNS server so I can transfer to my new provider. It took them 3 days to respond to my initial request and when they did respond, I was told the issue would be escalated to another team and they would be sending the access. We'll, it's been a week and I still haven't heard back. I have sent additional emails and no response!!!! There is no phone or live chat to speak with a human directly. I'm so disappointed I myself for not doing more research but personally, this company has been completely unprofessional and a real disaster. Proceed with caution or better yet, save yourself the headache, and take a pass on these guys!!!
