Scam co.apny been taking 69 pounds for years over £5000.00 fraud and I never knew.... they don't reply to emails or refund either.

I'm Horrified, even the name was wrong on the account, that didn't even match my bank name.

Taken over 350 from my account and I never signed up!!!!!

Absolute scam company and will have them shut down - reported!!!!

I accidentally got signed up to this through another website when checking out. I didn't notice straight away and payments started at £29.99, going up to £49.99 after they realised I hadn't noticed and after that they went up to £69.99. Very sneaky company!

I noticed a few days ago £69 had been deducted from my account by voocher.com. Having never heard of this company I contacted my banks fraud department. They explained that I had bought something at Christmas from a company called shop play online. I must have ticked a terms and conditions agreement to sign up to voocher.com.
A very underhand way from both companies to take £69 monthly from my account.
My bank have blocked payments and I sent a complaint to voochers support email who replied pretty much straight away confirming subscription cancelled and funds repaid to my account.
Absolutely despicable company and I can not understand how they are allowed to do this@

Same as others bank contacted me regarding fraudulent activity £69 taken from my bank in 5 payments. Checked this company out now dissolved and no response from phone lines and only email bot replies. But they still take money. I have registered dispute with bank and contacted action fraud UK and national cyber security UK. Registered adrees not on companies house either. Why do review sites like this allow so called good reviews when clearly a scam website. Sites should be red flagged with this amount of one star reviews all with same issue.

This company has tried to take 2 payments of £69 from my account which my bank blocked.
I have tried to contact them to cancel on 3 numbers now and all are dead including the one below

Yet another complaint that this company - of whom I had never heard - tried to take £69 from me through my bank card. Simultaneously I received an email welcoming me back. I have never 'subscribed' to this company. Fortunately by bank queried the payment and blocked it. Attempt to 'unsubscribe', which seemed wise, failed as they did not recognise my 'account'. How did they get my card details?

Same as the other reviews... Never heard of this company and they have been charging me every month. When I'm trying to cancel my subscription they claim that they don't find any account associated with my email address yet keep sending me renewal emails every month on that same email. I want this subscription stopped and all of my money reimbursed as well. Customer service is a robot and phone number doesn't work. They need to be stopped. Pretty sure the positive reviews are fake.

I've just had £69 taken by you twice in the last 2 months. I haven't signed up for any subscription?

Can't give lower than but must make people aware of the scum they are. Never been on website never contacted them yet they got my bank or card details and took £69 out. Waiting until I get back from vacation and contacting bank fraud dept. Basically just thieves.

Over £400 was taken from my account. The first deductions were for £29.99 and then they moved up to £49.00. I have never authorised the payment. I have never received an emails asking me to join. I have also never received any discounts. I would not even give one star. I have been refunded £196.00 but for any more to be refunded I need to speak to accounts. I have called four times and each time they tell me they will get somebody from accounts to call me back but I’m still waiting.

29/03/23 - I got my money back!! If you call this company you can get ALL your money back. They do try and fob you off and say they can only give you the last month but I kept pushing and got everything back.

Really disappointed as I have somehow managed to enroll myself into this scheme and been charged 4 months of membership for 160 pounds! Still not sure how this happened as the original purchase I didn't go through with so I didn't even get the benefit of the 7 day trial. I am grateful I have managed to get through to them so hopefully I will be refunded but it's stressful having to go through this process. Both Voochr and Tower London should be more transparent with this as I feel like I have been totally scammed. I now see lots of reviews on trust pilot saying the same thing for both companies - how are they allowed to continue to operate??!!

I distinctly remember declining the 7day trial, but somehow this company has obtained my credit card details and taken two £49 transactions. If anyone looks careful at what they offer, it is not worth the monthly fee they charge. I have contacted my solicitors and this company should be getting a letter very soon. I support companies who treat their customers fairly, I do not support this company because what they offer does not warrant a hefty monthly fee. They should be ashamed, families are struggling to pay for resources, but this company doesn't care. 👎👎👎👎👎

Whether it was intentional or not, we received no emails or confirmation of the subscription. We only discovered it through bank statements. We did contact Voochr's customer support and they couldn't find details of our account... yet agreed they had been taking our money. We were offered about 25% of the money back, not a full refund. If Voochr wish to review the chat, it's "Issue from bot chat - Voochr (#1474697350)"

Nothing new based on other reviews on here. Realised my card had been debited since November when an increased payment of £49 was taken. I flagged fraud with bank but called Voochr to let them know my details had not been supplied by myself. Customer service incredibly defensive and tried to make it impossible for me to speak and explain the situation. Contradicted my flagging of the fraud and made false statements that renewal communications were sent which I had not received.

SCAM be careful guys!! I have been paying £29.99 since September - l only realised yesterday when my bank app notified me that my “regular payment seems larger than normal” - this month £49. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND IS GOING TO SUBSCRIBE TO £30-50 A MONTH FOR £5 CASH BACK 😂😂
Yes I was getting monthly texts about trees being planted when I subscribed which I just thought was spam!

I didn’t go through the company I contacted my bank who cancelled my card & refunded me the next day (today). My details were obtained from online shopping; it seems people are unknowingly “subscribing”. I feel sorry for those who still don’t notice.

Your money is protected by FSCS just ring your banks and explain!!!
