Getting an off-grid solar system can be quite intimidating. I contacted over 6 different companies and settled on Webo Solar. The customer service and product knowledge is outstanding. Everyone at Webosolar is great. While some may complain that the technical support isn't great, Pedro explained to me on our initial phone call, this isnt legos. It takes some technical knowledge to assemble it. I will say when I had questions, they were at least able to tell me where to find what I was looking for.
They designed a great system for me at a competitive price , and even gave me a free upgrade after the shipping company smashed a couple panels.

Great with the advice and help designing my system. Payment options worked well even with suggested changes to keep me on course. One issue, packing for shipment was troublesome. The inverters were loose packed in Styrofoam peanuts without the original manufacturers box. This allowed peanut pieces to get into most connectors, still cleaning up the mess.

I just made and received very promptly my first order from Webo. Presentation of the product was very good, response excellent, order delivery.. quicker than expected. All great experience!

Made an order for my solar generator during the outbreak and had no problems receiving shipment. UPS lift gate truck, when UPS called to set up delivery, I made sure the driver would have a pallet jack.
