I agree with the other reviewers. First I had to wait way longer than the advertised delivery time, I received an email twice to 'apologize' for the delay, both times it had an excuse. Eventually I received my goods. First of, the flip flops look NOTHING like some of the ones they advertise (update: actually they have added 1 picture of the flip flops they send, but it's obvious those types couldn't have any orthopedic qualities). What I have received is far from orthopedic too and even when using the size chart on their website, the size is way off ... on top of that I don't even know what size I got in the end because there was a sticker with 38 on the bag and a sticker with 39 on the flip-flops. Either way, they are too small. In addition to ordering flip flops I also ordered a dress, my gosh!!!! This is the poorest of the poorest quality! It looks nothing like the dress in the pictures, the textile used looks like it's left overs from recycled textile, it is completely see through, it is HORRIBLE! So I contacted the seller to exercise my right to return the goods withing 30 days. I got a reply quickly (got to give them that!) to let me know their return procedure (not outlined on their website and therefore in violation with EU consumer law): I have to pay for the return charges and the shipment needs to be sent to a U.S. PO Box address. If I don't want want to pay for return charges and return the goods they will offer me only a partial refund. What ????? This company calls itself "Volmena Milano" they have a website in Italian, their customer service is in Italian, they ship (according to their website from a European or Asian warehouse, guess where my package came from ... correct! China) and now all of a sudden totally out of the blue pops-up a U.S PO Box address for returns. This feels very much like a scam to discourage returns because it would cost me more than what I paid for these items. I contacted them again, requesting they provide me an address in Italy (or at the very least their European warehouse address) but they came back strong saying that they would not make any exceptions to their return procedure for anybody. So I filed a couple of complaints against this company: Garante della Privacy (because besides a few EU Commercial law violations they are also in violation with the data protection and GDPR regulations), the AGCM (for unfair commercial practices) and Shopify (for platform abuse - looking at their policies, they are just templates that haven't even been filled out as you just see text in [ ...] which is often done to put a quick website together that 'looks' proper as it has all the elements a professional company would have).

If anybody still doubts, then look at the claim of the 1000's and 1000's of positive reviews on Trustpilot (which I feel a little stupid about that I didn't spot it before ordering from them! but what's done is done), so I can only hope that my review helps others make a better decision than the one I made ordering from these people.

Ciabatte spacciate x ortopediche e invece arrivano delle ciabattine di plastica che puzzano di nafta,SCONSIGLIO L’acquisto….questa é una truffa! Ho mandato almeno 15 mail e non hanno mai risposto!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe che si sono rivelate di qualità scadente, con materiali dozzinali e numerazione completamente sballata (molto più piccole della misura indicata).

Nel tentativo di effettuare un reso assolutamente legittimo, ho scoperto l’altra faccia dell’azienda: comunicazione evasiva, risposte vaghe e continue scuse per evitare il rimborso. Hanno inventato ogni tipo di sotterfugio burocratico, cercando solo di prendere tempo e ostacolare la restituzione, nonostante avessi inviato regolarmente la merce.
Secondo loro, il pacco sarebbe stato inviato a un indirizzo errato, perché – a detta loro – avrei dovuto prima contattarli per ricevere l’indirizzo corretto per il reso.
Peccato che l’indirizzo per la restituzione fosse indicato all’interno della confezione stessa (certamente non lo avevo sognato). Una procedura volutamente confusa e anomala, evidentemente pensata per far desistere il cliente.

Ho rispettato tutte le condizioni previste, ho fornito prova dell’avvenuta spedizione e restituzione, ma il rimborso mi è stato negato per motivi assurdi e pretestuosi.

È chiaro: l’unico obiettivo di Volmena è vendere merce di bassissima qualità e sottrarsi a ogni responsabilità in caso di reclami.

Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di acquistare da Volmena per la poca serietà, un servizio clienti inadeguato ed un comportamento commerciale pessimo.

Mai più acquisterò da Volmena.

false information about flip flop slippers, they are not orthopedic at all, they have a very ordinary quality , uncomforbale, so the price is not worth at all. I waited almost one month for the delivery, I chose them in red but they arrived pale pink. When you order they let you think they come from Milan, then you discover they send from Asia. They show false Truspilot reviews.

sito ingannevole, mostra scarpe pubblicizzate come ortopediche ma vengono dalla Cina, calzano molto meno del numero ordinato, non hanno nessun plantare, il materiale è pessimo e se si vogliono rendere è a proprio carico e bisogna rispedirle in Cina!

Big scam, very bad product and takes weeks to arrive
